The complex is extremely secure and you will need a swipe key to access the residential areas of the Tooronga complex.

The complex has a fully equipped gym, 25m lap pool and large sauna. The Tooronga shopping centre is directly underneath the apartment building and has an amazing flagship supermarket (Open until midnight every night), over 25 speciality stores, including a butcher, greengrocer, bakery, a variety of cafe's and restaurants.

The complex also has shared landscaped gardens which includes a shared herb garden.

I am more than happy to show guests how to access the apartment facilities and give a tour around the complex. I'm also here if you need any tips or help regarding the area. I've lived around this area for almost my entire life so I know it pretty well. If you'd like to explore and discover it for yourself, that's absolutely fine too!

I will arrange to be at the apartment upon your arrival to give you your swiper and key.

If there are issues, I am available on my mobile phone at any time.

Great apartment in awesome position. We rode our bicycles to Southbank and really enjoyed the track. Really close to shops and eateries. Was helpful to find bits and pieces in the cupboard such as glad wrap and organic fair trade green tea bags. Helps make stay more comfortable without having to purchase and carry goods home. Blake was super easy to communica with and flexible in arranging key pick up etc. Would definitely stay again. Bed is really comfortable also.

Blake's apartment is a great place for family stays in Melbourne. It really does have an an expansive view over the CBD. Slept 4 comfortably. Flat is new, in good condition, building is very secure, parking is secure. Beds are comfortable, kitchen is well equipped. Walking access to train station (10 min), and car hire (Hertz, 10 min). A fire drill & testing of fire system gave confidence. Fire escape access is clear. Thanks Blake.

Very convenient location, with shops and restaurants just a few minutes walk. Clean, lots of natural light, all amenities as described. Would stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Blake's apartment. It was very comfy, so easy to relax. The view was beautiful and we thoroughly enjoyed the pool facilities. The nearby supermarket and shops were also very convenient.

Over all the place is well equipped and nice. The parking was very far away as you don't have access to the designated parking space directly below the apartment. You are told to use the visitor's parking spots which are located in a separate block. To get there you have to get a lift to the street, walk outside for 100m aprox and get another lift down the shopping centre. With small children and lots of luggage it was very inconvenient. The hot water in the shower was lukewarm when the knob was at maximum heat most of the time.

This was a fantastic property that was lovely & in great condition. It was very nice, modern, comfortable and very close to shops and restaurants. Close to Tooronga station (400m). We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again. The only thing that wasn't fantastic was the shower temperature was often luke warm (at peak times) and never got hot which we couldn't figure out (which in winter wasn't ideal). The host was very friendly and most times responsive to queries that arose. We suggest guests ask about accessing the property and parking in advance as it can be a bit complicated. Would definitely recommend this place to others.
