Apartment is in the villa which provides for closeness during your vacation, away from hotel crowds, and gives you the feeling of being at your own home and possibility to have direct contact with nature.
The villa is located in the area of Przno – Milocer – St. Stefan, the location which was early in XX century selected among the 1000 km of Adriatic coast by the Yugoslav King Alexander Karadjordjevic as location for his summer house. Specific beauty of this area was recognized even 30 years ago by the reporters of the Life Magazine, and the town-city, St. Stefan, was listed among the 10 most attractive summer resorts on the planet, and the Pbserver from London listed St.Stefan as one of the Paradise islands.
The villa is about 50 m from the Entrance Gate of the King’s summer house and the court of the House is of open to public so that you can stroll through it. The beach “Przno” is about 90 m. The next beach is the Queen’s Beach which is about 300 m away from the villa, and you can reach it by going through the splendid Milocer’s Park. If you proceed 500 m further you will come to the “Big King’s Beach”. From this beach you just have to climb a little through a beautiful park in order to come to the Town-Hotel St. Stefan surrounded by two exclusive beaches.
The villa has its own 900 m² yard with two olive treesa couple of hundred years old under which is a barbecue zone with appropriate table and chairs. The villa also has its own parking place for cars.
