A villa/house 12 minutes from Bergen city center by car. It is spacey and has a great location with the most amazing view from both the kitchen and living room windows (see pictures) and all three bedrooms! A great cinema room with large screen and surround system.
The villa is located by the sea with a large garden, multiple private areas for barbecuing, dining and recreation, private quay where you can sunbathe or go swimming.
El espacio
Godvik is a very nice, quiet area close to the city center and nature experiences. Buses to the city center approximately 5-10 minutes walk from the house.
There are very good hiking trails within walking distance, and for the more adventurous you can climb mount Lyderhorn (396 over sea level) located not too far away for a great view of the Bergen area: fjords, mountains, islands and lakes. The house is right by the fjord/sea and you can experience beautiful sunsets either from the garden or while relaxing by the windows in the living room. You will be overlooking the two islands close to Bergen, Sotra and Askøy. A small public beach and dock very close by.

Inside the house you will have access to the living room, dining room, kitchen (all with a great view of the sea), 3 bedrooms, cinema room (with 2 couches and a treadmill), bathroom with whirlpool and shower, restroom, laundry room.
Outside, you will have access to the whole garden with seating groups, both at the terrace/patio and a 100 m2 grass patio, the dock in front of the boat house, the basketball hoop, parking spaces, and one parking space in the garage.
