2 Bedroom gay friendly sunny second-floor walk up in the same building as our popular third floor apartment. It boasts the same big windows, great treetop views, and is only a short walk to the EL.
Each of the guest rooms sleeps two, is furnished with a queen bed, dresser, closet with hangers, and separate keyed entry. The spacious kitchen is equipped for light cooking.

WIFI, housekeeping, towels, linens, hairdryer, iron, ironing board, coffee and tea. Also included: house dog (his name is Syd. He loves napping, visitors, petting, and is quieter than most cats. He visits the second floor apartment with Amy only occasionally but you can visit him upstairs anytime.)

This is a rehabbed turn-of-the-century building with original floors. If you are concerned about overhead noise, we are happy to provide you with a solution we have come to appreciate as long-time apartment dwellers—a comfortable pair of ear plugs.

We are both fairly laid back and only a have few ground rules.
*Check-In can be as early as 3 PM. We just ask that you communicate with us in advance to coordinate an arrival time.
*Check out is at noon.
*We do our best to be *green*. Clean towels and wash cloths are provided are provided every few days. We just ask that you reuse them.
*Our apartment is non-smoking but feel free to smoke on the rear landing, off the kitchen.
*Feel free to use the kitchen. We simply ask that guests clean up after themselves.
*Please no food in the bedrooms.
*When leaving the apartment please remember to always lock the door behind you.

My partner and I moved from St. Louis to Chicago 8 years ago. We love entertaining, cook often and spend lots of time in nearby Andersonville. We love the arts, great food and can definitely recommend a variety of great things to do in Chicago.
