Our two bedroom St Lucia holiday home rental is in a location away from city life. It is an ideal retreat if you're looking for a break from your usual busy schedule. The property is situated on 1/2 acre of a beautiful garden of flowers and tropical fruit trees in the rural South-East district of Micoud. The property is modern, fully furnished, spacious and very well-kept. If you're looking for a place to relax, the entire apartment is yours to enjoy in total privacy.

The vacation rental is not set up for children under the age of 12 and can accommodate a maximum of three people. The building is divided into two separate apartments. We live on the ground floor while you occupy the entire upper level. Your apartment contains the following:

Bedroom 1 -Measuring – 13ft x 13ft. Full-length built-in mirrored wardrobes, cable TV, AC unit and Ceiling fan. Also spare bed sheets, pillow cases supplied.
Bedroom 2 - Measuring – 11ft x 10ft. Full-length built-in mirrored wardrobes, cable TV, AC unit and Ceiling fan, sliding door leading to rear balcony. Also spare bed sheets, pillow cases supplied.
Rear Balcony – Overlooking the beautiful garden and measuring – 28.5ft x 13ft. There is outdoor furniture including chairs, loungers and coffee table. The rear balcony has been our guests favourite space for their meals also.
Shower & toilet - Measuring – 9ft x 6ft. We provide bath towels. We also provide shower gel, and toilet tissue to start you off.
Kitchen / Diner - Measuring – 20ft x 13ft including dining table for up to six. The kitchen is well equipped with all the gadgets (including popcorn and pizza maker) to make your stay very comfortable. All kitchen utensils are provided included microwave, LPG cooker/stove and oven, full length fridge with top freezer. There is plenty of storage space well stocked with kitchenware that includes pots and pans, toaster, coffee maker, casserole dishes, cutting boards, dishes, glassware, cutlery, kitchen foil and plastic wrap, tea towels and dish soap, paper towel holder; we start you off with a roll. To start you off, a supply of condiments, coffee, tea bags, drinking chocolate and some bottled water are also supplied.
Living Room - Measuring – 17ft x 11ft including 48 inch Samsung Smart TV and other entertaining equipment
Office Space - Measuring - including built in Desk and office chair.
Front Balcony – Measuring – 22ft x 5.5ft fitted with a table and four chairs.

Also included in your space is free and secure parking. - Free Wireless Internet.
The laundry room on the ground floor which is stand-alone (separated from our apartment) measures 12.3ft x 10ft is shared with us and is. However, we give you total access whenever you choose to do your laundry. The apartment is always kept spotlessly clean and well organized.

Along with the natural lighting, there is a constant flow of cool tropical breeze throughout the holiday apartment. In addition to the A/Cs, there are ceiling fans in every room apart from the toilet / shower.

We ask that our guests make the use of the AC discretely. Whatever time that you are awake on mornings, we suggest you open all the doors and windows to allow the free flow of cool breeze through the apartment; it is safe to do so. You can also leave all windows and doors opened whenever you go out as long as we are on the premises, We will secure the apartment if we decide to go out later. Please note that electricity supply in Saint Lucia is 220- 240V but we can accommodate 110V. You may however carry along your power converter if you wish.

The added convenience of mosquito screens that we have fitted on every door and window throughout the vacation rental ensures that you are able to sleep and relax in total comfort.

Our rainy season starts in June and ends in November but even during this time the temperature hovers between 60 to 90 degrees Fahrenheit. During the late to early part of the year we enjoy much cooler evenings and early mornings.

For some quick and basic item the local shop is less than 2 minutes walk away or about 5 minutes drive to Micoud Village. We are 10 minutes drive away from Hewanorra international airport. Vieux-Fort shopping centre is nearby. Other nearby attractions / activities include wind and kite surfing, horseback riding, hiking in the De Cartiers Rain Forest, Latille waterfalls and gardens, ATV Paradise tours, Dennery Zip Line. Enjoy our local cuisine at restaurants at Sandy beach, overlooking the Atlantic Ocean and our nature reserve Maria Island; a very cool atmosphere and superb for relaxation.

I lived in Europe for a number of years and worked in an environment where safety and security took precedence. It was a great experience interacting with people from different background. I returned to St Lucia and set up business in retail while maintaining interest in the local property market. I take care of the day-to-day management of our property rentals. While I maintain a keen interest in business, I make the most of every occasion that arise for me to socialize. Relaxing at my favourite beach restaurant & bar with a nice cool cocktail while engaging in conversation is fun. Occasionally I go dancing, mainly at weekends. I love my home, it is my castle and I go the extra mile to ensure that all my guests feel comfortable as though it is their castle too. Why I Chose This Property ===================== I was born and bred in the village of Micoud (pronounced Me-coo) the south eastern district of the very beautiful Island of St Lucia. Micoud was once known as the farming village and we supplied a high percentage of agricultural products to the rest of the Island. I enjoy the quiet “Away from the crowds" environment of Beauchamp. Beauchamp is a sub-village in the Micoud district. The much open space surrounded by nature typifies the truly unspoilt environment of our island. I feel very fortunate to have a comfortable place in St Lucia to call home. Having the privilege of being able to produce my organic foods is such an advantage. Conducting our business in the commercial, hustle and bustle districts of the Northern part of St Lucia, then moving away to my sanctuary is truly a privilege. Furthermore, everything, from entertainment to business is easily accessible from where I live so why reside amidst the overcrowding?
