Large (1000 sq ft), sun-filled, third-floor apartment in the most desirable area in Tel Aviv - The Old North. 1 minute walk to Park Hayarkon and 10 minute walk to the beach (Hof Metsitsim), with huge (700 sq ft) private rooftop.
Rare in Tel Aviv: spacious, bright and airy. Open concept living room; followed by a full dining room that seats 6 (table expand to seat 10); continues into a kitchen with large new fridge, professional stove, dishwasher, and plenty of counter space. Off the kitchen is a service balcony with washer and clothes lines (dryer available on the roof). Master bedroom has large window with French balcony. Kids' room has a toddler bed and an infant crib. 3-piece bathroom (shower, bath, sink), and a separate washroom closet. New set of spiral stairs between living room and dining room lead up to an office/spare bedroom, which leads out to the rooftop. Rooftop has a covered lounging area, followed by a dining area with a large umbrella (seats 8), followed by another lounging area with an umbrella, complete with a kids' pool and a play train set. Even on the hottest day, the cross breeze in the apartment (as well as the great breeze on the roof) is so great that we hardly use the A/C. However, there are powerful new A/Cs in the living room and both bedrooms that cool the apartment down in seconds. Under the building is a private parking space that belongs to the apartment. There is no elevator in the building.
Servicios y zonas comunes
Guests will have access to the entire apartment including private rooftop, private parking spot right under the building.
Atención a los huéspedes
We have 2 gentle female cats, who can stay in or out as they wish. Just give them food and water every morning, and they'll be happy. You don't have to worry weather they're in or out - they're comfortable either way.
We are a friendly, easy-going, active family of four. We love meeting new people and helping them experience Toronto's best. As Airbnb users, we love staying in the heart of a neighbourhood so that we can explore it by walking or cycling, and this is what we love most about our Leslieville neighbourhood.
