Welcoming and beautiful. We are 10 minutes from downtown, UVA hospital, 15 minutes from wegman, 2 minutes to the mall, to Costco including the movie theater etc, all in all we are located in the center of all the good places and very easy to get around. We are on the bus route, walking distance to ACAC on Four seasons.

A spacious bedroom, with a comfortable queen bed and two windows facing North and west, bathroom and shower attached.

Servicios y zonas comunes
The guest will come in through the main entrance. Self check in with a front door code given the day of arrival. Through the living room, go left toward the kitchen and stairs will be on the right. Down the stairs you are facing bedroom 2.

No 3rd party booking. Whoever books is who I will expect.

Guests will have access to both main living room and downstairs. The house is pet and smoke free. Smokers are strictly prohibited from smoking on the property except on the main road where they will be parking their cars. Guests will be expected to clean after themselves prior to departing, especially in the kitchen, the sink must be emptied and all utensils returned to their original space or an additional cleaning fee of $10 will be applied making it upto $20 in total for cleaning.
