This award winning building was inspired by the shipbuilding heritage of the Clyde and is one of Glasgow's landmark developments.

The big windows make the apartment light and airy. Wooden floors and modern features make it a delightful place to stay. The apartment comes with fully equipped kitchen and a fully tiled shower/bathroom.

The bedroom benefits from plenty of wardrobe and drawer space. The super comfortable duel foam-spring mattress double bed makes for the perfect nights sleep. With a pull out bed in the living room this 1 bedroom apartment is perfect for 2-4 family members or friends.

Situated in Glasgow's west end means easy access to Byres Road, Finnieston, and the picturesque Kelvingrove Park. The West End offers something for everyone including numerous cafes, bars, restaurants, and art galleries. For those with a love of the outdoors there is the chance to stroll along the waterfront and appreciate the breathtaking views of the city and River Clyde.

Glasgow University is a mile away and the new Queen Elizabeth University Hospital is less than five minutes commute by car or public transport. The ease of travel in total to any part of the city is only minutes by car due to the nearby motorway and Clydeside expressway, the main arteries of Glasgow. With regards to public transport there is easy access to bus, underground and train services.

The flat is fully furnished, decorated and equipped with WI-FI, hidden HD cables for laptops or other devices to be used from in both rooms. There is also a widescreen wall mounted TV and Playstation 3/Blueray player.

Everything in the flat will be made available and accessible. From the several chests of drawers and wardrobe space to the washing machine, crockery and electrical equipment.

I will be there on arrival and give an induction/guide of amenities but will never be in the flat unless requested. I will be staying elsewhere but I can come along if needed or for any queries.

From beautiful walks along the waterfront to the vibrant west end on your doorstep. This flat location has it all. Within a 5-10 minute walk awaits Byres Road, SSE Hydro, SECC and the award winning transport museum. With the ease of travel, any part of the city is only minutes by car due to the nearby major roads. Its only a 5 minute walk to the underground / train station which will take you to almost all destinations in and around Glasgow as well as connections to all over the country.

5 minute walk to the underground/tube & train station will give you connections to not only the city but the full country as a whole. A bus stop/connection link that provides a service to all areas of the city is also nearby. A network of roads and motorways/freeways are on your doorstep if you have a car.

The main door has secured entry with CCTV with a lift in the entrance and there is underground secure parking. The building also has a concierge service which provides a security service and also accepts deliveries of parcels for guests.

The flat is HD ready with hidden cables to watch or stream movies from laptop or tablet device to the wall mounted widescreen TV.

A playstaion 3 with blueray player will also be provided with a range of console games. The flat has a dishwasher and a range of up to the minute home gadgets.

Treat the place with respect as its my own private flat and leave it the way you found it. Flat will be inspected with the client before and after stay. Anything broken or damaged must be replaced like for like or a charge will be issued.

I love this place. My family loves this place. It's so comfy and feel like home. There are everything we need at the flat. In facts, there are more facilities than we we need it, lol. David is so friendly and caring. Highly recommend

David and the flat were great. The location was perfect for our stay in Glasgow as most of our trip had things to do in the Partick and Scotstoun areas plus it was a short tube ride to downtown and Central Station then 50 minutes to Edinburgh. Rooms were clean and when we needed anything David was just a txt away, he was a great host. Took a little getting used to a smaller flat when used to a bigger house back home but would return in an instant.

I stayed in David's flat for nearly two months. Overall I have to say it was an excellent experience followed up by an excellent host. David could not be more attentive, and was always on hand if you needed him. Davids flat is modern, comfortable, well equipped with all you need, quiet and very close to many facilities. With only a ten minute walk to Partick and twenty minute walk to Byres Road in the West End where local shops, restaurants, bars etc are plentiful. Great location. Superb transport links at Partick station with trains, subway and buses. Overall a great stay and I would most certainly stay again.

Location of the apartment is perfect for discovering the city as well as for quiet and restful recovery after the day full of activities in the bustling city centre. Apartment itself is very well equipped and has a tasteful interior finish. David is a very helpful and caring host. We could call or text him at any time, he did everything he could to make our stay pleasant.

Stayed in Davids flat for 4 nights, flat is lovely, clean with everything that was needed for a perfect stay. David met us on arrival and very attentive. Flat is in perfect location for getting around and on the banks of the Clyde. Would definitely stay here again.
