Canonmills are well positioned within a high amenity area close to good local shopping and with further specialised shopping found at Princes Street which is a short distance from the property (20-30 min walk). Broughton street's bistros, bars and restaurants can be found minutes from the house.

Please also note that this is an entirely non-smoking flat (no smoking through the bedroom window too). Should a room need cleaning due to smoking, a charge of £30.00 will be applicable.
Noise to be kept to a minimum between midnight and 6am.
You are given a set of keys for the flat on your arrival. If you lose them there is a charge of £70 in order for the keys and locks to be replaced.
