The location is superb - a maximum 10 minutes walk away to cinemas, shopping malls, bars, clubs and the old town. Cabs arrive in just one minute, so be sure to be ready when ordering through Taxify or Uber. Despite being located at one of the city's main traffic-arteries, the flat is very quiet. What's not immediately obvious from the pictures is that flat is on the ground level with a separate/direct entrance from the fenced private garden/parking lot, the bedroom is located beneath ground level.
We had a wonderful time in Tallinn and there's hardly anything to snag about the flat - just a couple of things to keep in mind: the flat's amenities do not list cable TV, but there is a TV - just hook it up to your laptop via a HDMI cable and enjoy your favorite series and news on the internet. Like in so many flats on Airbnb, that say they host up to "X" number of people, so also in this flat - you will find only "X" number of glasses, cups and pillows - take that into account if you plan to have someone over for a coffee or if you prefer more than one or just a stiffer pillow.
I was there during the winter and I must say the flat was very warm - the floor-heating can be regulated manually (from a kitchen cupboard), but keeping it close to minimum was more than enough (even with -20C outside). The sleeping area is downstairs and you can regulate the temperature there separately (via a separate air conditioning unit) - such a bliss for me as I prefer a cooler environment to sleep. The bedroom isn't separated by a door, so there can be minor noise issues when you and your partner wake up at separate times. In case you plan to stay in during daytime, then know that the flat has very few natural light as the house is surrounded by higher buildings - but then again there's a myriad of artificial light combinations you can use to set the mood
