thank you for all your suggestions, we always appreciate the opinions of our customers as we think that they can only improve the way of living our apartment. I have fulfilled all your requests starting from the principle even if not included in the agreement. I have been asked by you to have additional laundry detergent I went straight away to buy it even though there was already some in the house. Moreover, I have accommodated your request and needs to anticipate the check-in of two hours and postpone the checkout of other two hours.
Frankly speaking, this is the first time that the opinions received by a customer do not match with the previous reviews, the pictures and description of the apartment. Please note that the pictures were taken by Airbnb photographer.
Regarding the WI-FI signal, as stated in the last thirty reviews, the device is working properly, I personally watch movies on the terrace without any problem. My suggestion was to use it close to the external part of the apartment, as there you can get the speediest connection.
Please note that the performance depends also from the tool used to navigate, not only from the Wi-Fi provider. Since this is an historical structure, the walls have more than 1 mt. thickness and it would not be possible to cover all remote corners of the house, aware of this aspect I had provided you the best solution to have the best result.
As shown in the pictures, the house has a typical and historical structure, we usually host families with kids and while the previous owner was a 80 years lady! Among our hosts there are really tall person with more than 1,90 and they did not complain at all.
Regarding the sofa, as I wrote you we always welcome the guests’ opinions and for this reason we have replaced the previous sofa with this one (one guest of ours told us that it was not comfortable). It is clean and comfortable, the only thing you can claim is the skretches of the kids, of course not only our kids did them!
