Chad is a very nice and responsible host, very easy to communicate. The place is super close to the Japanese area, just 2-3min walk, which is very convenience for Asians like me! I choose here cause it's located near the beach, but we hadn't been there since our flexible schedule. However, the (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) map shows it's just 15min drive way to the beach, which I believe would be great if anyone needed as well!

My friend and I stayed here for 3 months as travel nurses and it was the perfect place. Fully equipt with everything you might need. Feels like home. Chad was super easy to communicate with and was there whenever we needed him. Easy street parking, but garage parking was available too. I would definitely recommend this place!
