Erzsébet's apartment is a great value for the price. Clean, comfortable and close to public transportation. Erzsébet was an excellent host. She communicated well, was flexible on check in and check out times, and provided a number of great suggestions on places to eat and visit. I would stay at her apartment again.

We had a lovely time in Budapest and this apartment was perfect for the two of us. It was clean, cosy, comfortable and near the city center (15 min by foot- everything is pretty close). Our highest recommendation!

Erzsébet's flat is a really nice place to stay in Budapest (we stayed for a week in August during the Sziget festival). The apartments is pretty nice and special while the yard is indeed charming (which we loved the most is sunny outside breakfasts each morning with the fresh bread from the Bakery which is right around the corner). Moreover, the location is really good as you can easily reach the city center, large park with Zoo and Botanical garden and Széchenyi thermal bath, as well as Sziget festival. The communication with Erzsébet is just perfect as she was open to the conversation from the time when the reservation was made till our arrival back home and helped with everything like the finding of the flat and food recommendations. Totally recommend this host and this apartment.

Though the neighborhood is not posh, the location is in a good place. The flat lies between the 72 bus line and the M1 metro line. So, getting places is very convenient. The flat itself is comfortable enough for one person or a couple. I was there for three months, starting in September and ending in December. The only issue I had is when it was very hot I had to opens windows and because the windows didn’t have screens many mosquitoes flew in, which lead to some uncomfortable nights. I ended up getting a fan to keep the bug off. The heating, bathroom and kitchen all functioned properly.
