Hi, my apartment is renovated to a high standard to provide you a comfortable and relaxing base for your trip to Edinburgh :)
Located 7 mins walk from Haymarket Train Station, 15-20 mins walk from Princes Street, the apartment can sleep up to 6 and has access to a pool, small gym and has secure covered parking.
The apartment is situated in a refurbished 1930's building, comprising of two double bedrooms, a bathroom, kitchen, living room / dining room and large balcony. There is a sofabed in the lounge extending accomadation to up to 6 people.
Although it can sleep 6 please bear in mind it is a 2 bedroom and only has one bathroom.
There is secure covered parking but the space is rather tight, you'll manage to fit in a small to medium family car OK but probably not a SUV / 4x4 type. I can supply a limited number of visitor permits though for short stays with a large vehicle. Please contact me to discuss.
If you have any questions or special requests please just drop me a message, I'm happy to discuss anything :)
Servicios y zonas comunes
You've full use of the apartment, including access to shared private garden
Atención a los huéspedes
I'll be there to welcome you and show you around the apartment. I just stay around the corner where I rent my spare room also so if you need any help I'm either on the phone or can pop round :)
I can help give you advice about places to visit and general travelling around Scotland.
Otros aspectos destacables
If you need any info for your visit please let me know and I'll do all I can to help :)
Strictly no Stag or Hen parties, this is a shared building so I just ask that the property is treated with respect. I ask you just to relax and treat the home as if it were your own :)
Durante el período del 29 de Diciembre de 2017 - 03 de Enero de 2018 la estancia mínima es de 3 noches.
Hi, I'm Ollie, I've lived in my flat for 7 years now and really enjoy this part of Edinburgh. I was born in Edinburgh and also work here full time.
I'm relaxed, enjoy the odd night out and my hobbies include travelling round Scotland, photography and golf. I also enjoy a bit of cooking and baking (not as much as I'd like) so if you're around when this is happening you're welcome to share! ;)
My favourite places in Scotland are probably the Isle of Mull and the Isle of Arran although I love anywhere North and West. I travel there frequently (previously in my warm and friendly Motorhome Gloria) now also using Airbnb! :)
