Land Park is a wonderful older neighborhood just south of Downtown and Midtown which are a short bike ride away. The central location makes Land Park convenient to everything. There are dozens of great restaurants nearby.
My home was built in 1901 long before William Land left the City of Sacramento money to buy land for what would become his namesake park. The park was built south of town on land between what would become Freeport Blvd. and Riverside Blvd. The area north of the park, Land Park, is one of the most desirable places to live in Sacramento, but in 1901 it was still farmland. My home's first address was Riverside Road, two miles south. Later it became 3200 Riverside Blvd. and in 1946 my home was moved across the street and around the corner to where it lives today at 1133 Eighth Avenue.

Atención a los huéspedes
However much you desire. If you want to know anything about Sacramento, just ask. I'm a bit of a history buff and I've been selling real estate here for thirty years, so I know the city pretty well. However, if you just want peace and quiet and to be left alone, that is what you shall have.

The Wi Fi is super fast 100 Mbps. There are plush robes for your use while here and there's coffee and tea in your room. Vic's Ice Cream and Vic's Café are just two doors down. They make the best ice cream in the world and in the café serve Temple Coffee and typical coffee house fare. They also have beer and wine. It's a great place for breakfast. We're also right next door to Images Salon which is one of Sacramento's finest day spas.
Common courtesy is all I ask. Smoking outside please.

I've lived in Sacramento all my life and in this beautiful home in Land Park for the last 23 years. I love to travel and have really enjoy meeting people from other places. I have way too much space and I could use a little extra cash, so this seemed like a great idea. I've always known this would make a great B and B, and this seems like a nice way to have a few guests now and then, but not too often. My home is in a marvelous older neighborhood, Land Park, which is close to just about everything.
