This was one of the worst experiences I've ever had traveling. The apartment they took me to was not the one advertised in the online photos. It was on the 4th floor of a walk up building. The hallways were dark, dimly lit and smelled. The apartment itself had old, worn furnishings, burn marks in the kitchen counters, had dirty sheets and comforter, dirty kitchen utensils. The free wifi stopped working the first night. Unfortunately, I had jet lag and was too tired when I arrived to complain. When I went to the bathroom in the middle of the night and turned the lights on, little bugs were running around the bathroom floor. In addition, the unit faced a back courtyard which had constant noise from construction and someone banging the lid of a dumpster. I paid to stay 5 nights...3 were all I could tolerate. Stay in a nice hotel if you're ever in Kraków, they are cheap enough and you don't want your vacation ruined like the first 3 nights of mine were!
