This beautiful one bedroom apartment is perfectly located, just step out of the front entrance and you are on Playa Muchavista with miles of white sand. This property is within walking distance to all amenities and has the super efficient tram line on your doorstep. The closed in terrace is ideal for winter months when the weather is a little cooler, still offering an amazing undisturbed view of the beach, this terrace can be opened right up in the warmer season to enjoy Al-fresco dining

The apartment sleeps 4 and is fully equipped with all you need to enjoy your escape to the sun! and what better way to enjoy it than infront of the sea! This is a small apartment block with two very good quality restaurants below that come highly recommended. There are bars/restaurants and shops all within walking distance so there is no real need for a car. The tram stop is literally just at the back of the block and will take you to all the sought after locations for tourists like Alicante city, Benidorm, Denia, Villajoiosa etc...There is a great WIFI connection and British TV channels.
