It's an astonishing bright wide apartment for two in the most authentic and beautiful "sestiere" of Venice, in a quiet sunny square and close to the main landmarks.
Its modern twist style of the traditional Venitian Rococo and appointed with prime-quality fabrics will make you feel home in a real venetian house, not in a Swedish furniture shop.
Nearby also supermarket and bakery, nice restaurants & wine bars, a lovely pastry cafe, pretty shops.
Air-con and WiFi are available, of course.
The Contemporary & Baroque Home is a wide apartment for couples in the most authentic and beautiful "sestiere" (quarter) of Venice.
Richly decorated with a modern twist of the traditional Venitian Rococo and appointed with prime-quality fabrics.
On the first floor of a great building in a quiet sunny square close to the main landmarks, it's composed by a bright living room with open kitchen, aisle, airy bathroom and a bright double bedroom.
The 5 windows over the square make it very bright and airy. However the windows are provided of mosquito-nets, to let you sleep quietly when you like to keep the windows open in summer.
The thick windows and no-direct sun-rays in the peak hours of the day gives it always an enjoyable temperature inside. However, you can alway turn on the air-conditioner.
The house is 65 squared meters, way much more of many other apartments for couples. The original decorations, the unique exposed art and the authentic furniture make you feel in a real venetian apartment, not in an exhibition-apartment of a Swedish furniture shop.
It's provided with wi-fi, TV, microwave, washing machine and hair-dryer. We supply bedlinen and towels.
Servicios y zonas comunes
All the main landmarks are at an easy walkable distance. Most of my Guests haven't needed a multiple-days pass for the public transportation.
Consider, for example, to walk to San Mark' Square and be in front of Doge Palace it takes 10 minutes at worse. Same thing for Rialto Bridge or Biennale Exhibition.
Atención a los huéspedes
Note: there are many Venices to visit. There are those who like to come over for its art museums and chruches and those for a chilled laid-back wandering around. Those who come here for the Biennale and its magnificient palaces and those who look for romance instead. Tell me what's your idea when we meet and I'll help you finding what you look for. Further, I'll also tell you all about my favourite eateries and wine-bars: we all like to eat and drink!

I'm an happy guy and I love my family, nice nanny-style food & cooking, sports (mainly football), exploring, cinema & series.
I'm very passionate about tourism & travel since early age and I'm so lucky to work in this world. Ask me anything if you need help planning your travel.
I have been living in Venice for 10 years and it's my second hometown now. We live close to the apartments, so it won't be unusual popping into each other in the neighbourhood. I've also briefly lived in Beijing and Leipzig and I loved them both.
When I travel, I like to take my time and visit a place with my pace, no runs. I learn more about a place buying grocery at the market rather than in its city hall museum. I rather eat at the local tavern than in a fancy restaurant.
I also like:
- the German language
- Spring air, summer heat, autumn colors and winter clothes
- run silly experiments and tests
- renovating old furniture
- learn about maths and sociology
