Centrally located, a small studio of 30 sq.m with its own kitchen and bathroom. You will get your own beds in a separate corner but you HAVE TO SHARE the room with me. You will get your own key so you will be free to enter the flat whenever you want. WiFi is availble.
I keep my flat as tidy as possible but it's not a 5-star hotel room.
Please read this before you send me the request:
1. It's a shared option, you will NOT get a private room unless I am away and we agree on it beforehand.
2. Write your request in English, shortly explaining what do you do and your nature of the visit to Hamburg. I select few guests per month only.
It's a Studio flat of 30 sq.m which is small by any means, but there are three beds inside and a couch. I live here as well so I have my bed in one corner, other two beds are in a separate corner and those are used by my guests. If there is a 3rd guest, we can put a mattress on the floor.
It's very central and nicely connected to anywhere in Hamburg. 30 mins by walking or 7 mins by Ubahn from hbf, 2 min walk to supermarket, 5 mins to the pharmacy, 10 mins walk to Sternschanze, 8 mins walk to the most beautiful park of Hamburg Planten un Blumen, 10 mins walk to University main building. 13 mins walk to CCH. It is impossible to find a better location than this.
Please leave your shoes at door.
Just leave things as you found.

I am an active couchsurfer and I love to host people from CS. When I am not hosting someone from CS I also take guests from here.
So, while you are staying with me I will share my time with you and try to make your stay memorable. We can go out together and i can show you around if i am not busy. If you want to do your own things, its alright as well.
I am living in Hamburg since October 2013. I did my Masters in Climate System Science from Uni-Hamburg and worked on a research project afterward.
I consider myself a good blend of a nerd and an easy going traveler (I have traveled to 473 cities since 2011). At times, I can have qualities of both. I am living in Europe since 8 years and Germany is my 3rd country in this period after Austria and Italy.
I like to observe cultures and people closely, so you will find me rather informative about society. I started to host travelers in 2011 from CS and I have hosted over 250 people from CS in these years. Although Airbnb involves the concept of money, which is important in a way but I like to maintain my CS spirit along with money.
