If you are looking for a unique vacation rental in the heart of the action, this Swanky loft condo is the place to be. With 2 full bedrooms downstairs, 2 loft bedrooms upstairs, and 2 full bathrooms, there is plenty of space to sleep 8 comfortably. If you need to accommodate 2 more, we also have 2 twin air mattresses that can be used. Private parking, and arguably one of the best locations in the city are just a few reasons to call this place home during your trip to Austin or downtown staycation.

Situated across the street from the Austin Convention Center, two blocks from the world famous 6th Street and Warehouse District, and a handful of blocks from every other downtown attraction including hundreds of restaurants, movie theaters, bars, nightclubs, lounges, and live music venues, the location cannot be beat. The town lake walking/jogging trail is just a few blocks away, there is a yoga studio just across the street, Starbucks is 200 feet from the front door, and arrangements can be made for a temporary gym membership two blocks away during your visit, if desired.

This condo is approximately 1,200 square feet, and accommodations up to 10 guests with one queen bed each sleeping area, as well as two twin air mattresses. There are 2 full bathrooms, central air and heat, a full sized stackable washer and dryer, free cable television, free wireless internet access, and plush furnishings. With granite counter tops, renovated kitchen and bathrooms, flat screen televisions mounted on the walls, and interesting decor and games to enjoy, every detail has been considered to make your stay a memorable one.

A full kitchen with oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker, and all of the tools you need to cook your favorite meals will be included, however there are so many dining options within a few blocks, you may never use it. A few nearby options include: Fleming's Steakhouse, Fogo de Chao, Piranha Sushi, Vince Young Steakhouse, Backspace, PF Changs, 200 Congress, La Condessa, Lamberts, Swift's Attic, Champions Sports Bar, Parkside, Eddie V's, The Onion, Swift's Attic, La Condessa, Trace, Lambert's, and many more...

A bar area comes stocked with glassware and all of the bar tools you will need to fix your favorite cocktails while visiting. Just add liquor and mixers and you are all set. The closest liquor store is 1 block away.

You will also receive access to free private gated parking for one car (plus a motorcycle or scooter), if you need it. Since you can walk to everything, you might consider taking the Airport Flyer from Austin Bergstrom International for $1 per person. It picks up and drops off in front of the building every 30 minutes, and will save you the hassle and expense of a rental car or taxi.

Guests will have access to the condo complex, the condo, the secured parking area, the pool area, and the best of downtown Austin.

I like to interact with my guests as much or as little as they would like. I am always available (24/7) to answer questions via email, text, or phone, and I enjoy meeting many of my guests. However, I am also very respectful, and allow my guests to determine how much interaction they would like to have. Ever since I setup automatic door locks, there are some guests that I have not ever met in person. Whatever works best for the guest, works fine for me.

I love that the downtown neighborhood is so vibrant, and provides the ability to walk to the best restaurants, bars, shopping, and nightlife in Austin. The Railyard is in a unique location that is hard to beat. I also appreciate the convenient access to Town Lake for hiking and biking trails, among other things.

In addition to the Airport Flyer that I already mentioned, there are also pedicabs, taxi cabs, light rail, horse-drawn carriages, limousines, and other forms of public transportation within a block that can be easily accessed.

If you are interested in hosting an even larger group, please note that I own and manage a large number of units in the same building complex, as well as some nearby houses. I am happy to host large groups for weddings, convention center trade shows, and other events in Austin.

Check-in is 3pm. Check-out is 11am. These times can be flexible (when possible), but we will need to communicate in advance so we can plan accordingly.

All guests must abide by the rules and regulations set forth by the condominium complex pertaining to noise, trash, and smoking violations, etc. Any fines incurred will be the responsibility of the tenant. Be advised that noise violations start at $250 per occurrence. These fines can be assessed by the HOA without warning, however, we have never heard of a warning not being issued by a neighbor in advance. If somebody asks you to keep it down, please immediately accommodate them. If a fine is assessed, it will be deducted from your security deposit.

Please do not smoke or leave trash outside of the unit in the common areas. Please do not smoke in the unit or an additional cleaning fee will be charged. If you choose to use the alarm system, please be aware that any false alarms that are created (sending for police and the fire department), will be a assessed per occurrence.

Although we are animal lovers, pets are strictly prohibited. Please respect this rule or risk forfeiting the security deposit and any fees for damage.

A welcome email will be provided after your reservation is confirmed with all of the details for your stay, including your unique automatic door lock codes and assigned parking. We will also provide suggestions for local attractions, restaurants, bars, and much more.

Genial. Ubicación perfecta. Es exactamente como aparece en las fotos. Camas super cómodas. Si volviese a Austin me quedaría en el mismo apartamento sin dudarlo un segundo.

Our group really enjoyed staying at Ryan's place. It was extremely convenient for our conference at the convention center and the layout worked well for our large group.

Would highly recommend this place for a group of friends. There is a large loft with 2 queen beds (minimal privacy) along with two separate bedrooms and 2 twin air mattresses that could fit in the loft or one of the bedrooms. Centrally located and easy to access with keypad entry rather than a key.

We stayed at this apartment for SXSW. The location is fantastic for the festival. Ryan was helpful and accommodated an early check-in for us. However this apartment is small, not updated, and most importantly not actually a four bedroom - it's a two bedroom with a loft space that has two beds in it without a wall or door separating them. As we were four co-workers staying together it was a bit awkward. The wifi was also terribly slow and nearly unusable. The pool is also in another complex down the street, not in the complex where this apartment is.

I find this review interesting as Wyatt expressed no issues at all during his stay. He did however break a ram's head off of the wall and accused his co-workers of smoking marijuana in the condo when it smelled terribly upon his departure. For the record, I did not accommodate the early check-in request. They just showed up 4 hours early and made themselves at home while we worked in the space to prepare it for them. They were told we could not accommodate their early check-in request, but they came on in anyway against our house rules. Wyatt wasn't even there. For the record, this condo is exactly as the photos represent. I consider that updated, as it is updated. Also, the pool is in the same complex, next door. The complex has 2 buildings next door to one another. It is not a different complex as Wyatt states.

Perfect location for anything at the Convention Center. Very comfortable beds, and the place was clean and as-advertised. We had trouble with spotty wifi, but otherwise, it was a great stay.

I have been primarily based out of Austin since 1994. As much as I love the city, I also enjoy traveling and photographing vacation destinations and tourist attractions around the world. After years of regular visits, I opened my first rental property in Palm Springs, California in 2016.

I have always wanted to own/operate a hotel. That has been a passion of mine since I was a child. For that reason, I enjoy having guests staying in my rental properties, and I want to provide so much more than just a place to stay. My goal is to create a memorable experience for my guests.
