This was a perfect place to stay, and I had a very good experience. I didn't get the chance to really interact with Femi, as his and my schedules prevented us from running into each other, but he communicated well and was very available when I had questions. The neighborhood is nice and felt safe, and I had no trouble getting an Uber within about 5 minutes to take me downtown each day for my conference. The room was clean, well-organized, and spacious, and the bathroom was maintained well. One note: the shower knob was a bit confusing at first, but I figured out that when it's turned all the way clockwise it's on cold, and when it's turned a little ways clockwise it's hot.
I didn't do any cooking at this place, though Femi assured me that I could if I wanted to. The kitchen and living room looked very well-kept and clean, though. I'm sure I would have had no problem preparing food if I had wanted to.
The bed was nice and comfy, and the closet had plenty of room for my things. I stayed for four days, but I was never concerned for the security of my belongings or the overall security of the house in general. I came and went at very odd hours, but Femi wasn't concerned or bothered by my odd schedule. His locks are operated by a keypad, so I was able to get in and out without causing a ruckus.
I would definitely stay here again!
