We were in town for the ConAgg Expo and were floored by the price of hotel rooms, luckily we found two rooms and they beyond exceeded our expectations. We will definitely rebook if we ever come back to Vegas!

The host, kyle, communicated with me right up until my exact arrival , answering any questions I had and was there as planned for access to my space. The unit at the Cosmopolitan was exactly as described and watching the fountains go off never got tiring. The location and amenities of the Cosmopolitan are perfect, including the choices of pools to use. You can get a bigger space, with a mini kitchen and terrace for the value.

The Good: Excellent communication. Kyle was our check in guy and he was great, readily available and very helpful. Linens were spotless. Counters and tiles were clean. Shower and tub were clean as well. Not So Good: Throw pillows on sofa were soiled with food (?) (I hope) Bathroom walls could use a thorough wipe down. Vents and sills could use a good dusting. This is WAY above average for Cosmopolitan which has typically been dirty and unsanitary when we have stayed through the actual hotel. Very Unfortunate: A fire alarm sounded hotel wide at 7 in the morning we waited a while in the room in case it was a false alarm. We tried the front desk, no answer. We finally vacated the room. We waited for an elevator, none came. Erring on the side of caution we hoofed it down the entire stairwell from the 56th floor all the way to the main lobby. There was no staff guidance at any point during descent or upon exit. There was no staff upon entry into the lobby to direct us or to inform us of whether there was a fire or a bomb, where we should go, how we should proceed. We had to seek out an employee in the ghost town of a casino even though the alarm was still audible, just to be told it was an alarm "malfunction" and that we were welcome to return to our room. While I realize that our host has no control over this unfortunate situation, it speaks to the poor hospitality provided at The Cosmopolitan. To Sum It Up: I set out with an expectation of being a bit pampered at $350 per night for a hotel room. We stay in Las Vegas every six months for furniture trade shows and experience may be showing me that that may be unrealistic so I at least hope for good value. I feel that this stay was average. The Cosmopolitan is SUCH an intriguing property. The restaurants are phenomenal. The rooms have so much charisma. It's certainly an adventure to stay here, just don't expect to feel like you have "arrived" : )

Had a great time in vegas for NAB, Paul and the hosting team were solid and the whole experience was perfect. This is an amazing room overlooking the Bellagio fountain and right in the center of the strip. Will stay here again hands down.

This is a room at the Cosmopolitan but it is privately owned. Front desk doesn't know you are there. You get pool access but not fitness center access. Check in and check out was flawless and Paul was very helpful with us checking in a later than 4pm and checking out a bit later than expected. The room was clean and fully stocked exactly as shown with a full kitchenette which was also very convenient. We got a terrace room on the 23rd floor with great fountain view. We had agreed to get another room with a sofa-bed but we were led to a room with an inflatable mattress, which was ok so we didn't complain. But the inflatable mattress was deflating during the night and sleeping on it was not very easy. We contacted Paul via sms about it but never got a response. This was the only drawback on an otherwise perfect place to stay with free parking and a spectacular view of the strip!

Was met by Paul promptly and on time. Taken up to the room and given the rundown. Absolutely loved the space. So nice to stay at this property and be in a residence at the same time. The front desk doesn't know you but it didn't matter on bit. Enjoyed myself and look forward to doing this again. Great experience.
