Stay in the guest suite of a beautiful, historic farmhouse located in a quiet neighborhood close to downtown Brattleboro and I-91. This farmstead, listed as a national historic site, was established in 1765 and the current house was built in 1865. You will have a private entrance and wing all to yourself with access to the beautiful grounds.

El espacio
There are 2 upstairs bedrooms, one with a queen and one with a full sized bed. Also upstairs there is a breakfast nook with fridge, coffee maker, tea kettle and toaster. You will have a bathroom with shower to yourself. The guest suite includes a lower level living room and library with a secure, private entrance as well as an exit to the patio and backyard.

Children are welcome and we can provide a pack n' play crib or toddler mattress upon request, however please note that the staircase is steep and not child-proofed. This is a historical house with lots of charm, and some quirks, like limited electrical outlets and lights and a finicky fireplace (which guests are asked not to use). Feel free to wander the grounds and nearby woods. Peruse our collection of books and games by the fireplace in the library. There is Wifi but no TV. This is a quiet and calming setting in all seasons, a retreat in its own right and also convenient to all your other New England adventures from summer camping to winter skiing.

We do not charge extra for extra guests. This space would be comfortable for up to 4 people to share (such as a family with 2 children or 2 couples).

Otros aspectos destacables
We will send you a code for the front door and drving/ parking instructions upon booking.

I am a professional violinist and mom to two girls. After 16 years in the Bay Area of California we just relocated to our native New England. I love yoga, hiking, reading, gardening and exploring all the outdoors and cultural events in our new home.
