* If you are planning to rent a car, I always recommend to rent a paid parking lot, since only residents can park in the “Old Town” area of Palma. There is a conveniently located parking lot in “La Plaza Mayor” 5 minutes walk from the apartment, it costs between € 15/20 per day.

The loft is very cozy, quiet and charming, it is completely renovated and furnished, it has a bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom.
It is strategically located, and you can walk to all the places of interest in the city; The Cathedral, Plaza Mayor, Plaza Cort, La Lonja, El Borne, Santa Catalina, Plaza Santa Eulalia, Es Baluard Museum, Paseo Marítimo, and many more things that you can see getting lost in the narrow and beautiful streets of the old city.

El loft es muy acogedor tranquilo y con mucho encanto, está totalmente reformado, y amoblado, dispone de una habitación, cocina comedor, y baño.
