17G Regent Place is a cosy, quirky apartment in a quiet residential development. Just 20 minutes from the heart of Glasgow and 20 minutes from Loch Lomond. This quiet, spacious flat is situated across from picturesque Dalmuir park.
Bus and train stations are both within a three minute walk, which offers direct access to the city/west end, SECC, Edinburgh and Balloch. The Golden Jubilee National Hospital is a five minute walk from the flat. Glasgow Airport is a 15 minute taxi journey.

17G Regent Place is a spacious, comfortable apartment which offers character and warmth all under one roof. It has been designed specifically to make you feel like you are travelling to a home… from home. We know how important this is to our guests. The flat is fully equipped with everything you will need for a comfortable stay including WiFi, Smart TV with Netflix and free parking.
The apartment has two beautifully decorated bedrooms which feature ample storage space for clothing and suitcases. The master bedroom has a comfy king-sized bed and the second has a double.
There is an additional sleeping option of a small double fold out bed which can be set up in the living room. Just let us know when you book and we can have it all laid out in the living room so you can sort yourselves out when it suits you.

We also have a travel cot available if required.

The living room is tastefully decorated with generous space for five guests (complete with board games). We have a dining table which seats four which can also act as a desk for those needing to log a few work hours.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all cooking essentials: ceramic hob cooker, toaster, microwave, oven, kettle, coffee machine, fridge, freezer as well as the necessary equipment for cooking (crockery, cutlery and utensils). There is also a washing machine and ironing facilities.
The bathroom comprises bath, shower, wash hand basin and toilet. Complimentary towels, hair dryer, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner are provided for guests.
The property is kitted out with safety features which are maintained regularly, including a fire extinguisher and fire blanket, 3 smoke and heat detectors and a CO2 detector. Which will hopefully give you some peace of mind.
We will consider well behaved dogs and we insist all guests inform us prior to booking as there is a small charge of £15 per dog.
Check in time is any time after 3pm. Please message or communicate with us if you are going to arrive earlier and we may be able to accommodate you.
Check out is prior to 11am. We do our best to accommodate late check-outs, so please get in touch with us if you need that. We can only accommodate depending on availability. No need to clean after you leave (that’s what the cleaning fee is for!), but if you damage the home in any way, you may be charged for damages.
Cancellations: Cancel up to 7 days before to get 50% refund (minus service fees). Service fees are refunded when cancellation happens before check-in and within 48 hours of booking.

• No smoking inside the flat or communal close.
• No parties or events (We have a zero-tolerance policy on parties because it is a residential area. In the events of a party taking place, you would be asked to leave immediately, the police will be called and you will not be refunded.)
• Self check-in with keypad.
• Please respect our neighbours and reduce noise after 10pm.
• No more than 6 people can be staying.
Other things to note:
• The flat is located on the third floor with no elevator access.
• Keys can be collected at guests convenience via the on-site key safe.
