Rent and cleaning fees are taxable as required by law. AirBNB does not provide a line item for tax, and thus tax has been included in the advertised nightly rate, and included in the advertised cleaning fee. The cleaning fee amount also includes a non-refundable Damage Waiver. All guests will be required to sign a Rental Agreement once a reservation is confirmed. You are guests in this home. Please enjoy it, and treat it with the same care you would your own home. The number of individuals in the home is not to exceed the number of guests listed on your reservation, or the maximum occupancy of the home, at any time. Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. We welcome well-behaved dogs at this home, as long as we have been informed about your dog(s) prior to your arrival and an additional, onetime, non-refundable $70 pet fee has been paid for each dog (2 dogs max). Our pet policy is simple. Please clean up after your dog, do not let it on furniture, remember to obey local leash laws, and ensure your neighbors are not disturbed by barking. Please do not play loud music, create noise that can be heard at the property line or engage in disorderly conduct. Consider how you would want vacation renters to act in your neighborhood back home. Your neighbors need their beauty sleep, especially after 9:00 pm. Our detailed Rental Agreement will be sent to you upon confirmation (or upon request).
