Our street is generally very quiet. There is construction opposite but noise is limited and only at agreed hours of the day.

One week prior to arrival we will send access details: a code to text to a UK mobile number to enter the apartment building, and a code to open a key safe with keys to the flat.
Upon arrival you will find a welcome letter with tips and wifi code, a local map (stores, transport, restaurants) and a book of manuals for equipment in the flat.
We live in the same building, so we are often here to answer questions and provide help in person or by Airbnb messaging.

- At check-out, guests must close lights, shut windows, lock door, leave ONE set of flat keys in the welcome basket and return ONE flat key to the key safe on the ground floor for the next guest to use
- Guests who use the complementary secure bag storage cupboard before/after their stay must close light and lock cupboard door, then return cupboard key and fob to the appropriate key safe on the ground floor

Only 3 stars but lots of good points. Very good communications with Leora, easy check-in, check-out. Very well equipped. It was a good location. 20 minute walk to St Paul's, 30 mins to the South Bank, to theatres etc. Very good transport links. Farringdon station is 7 minutes away - straight to Wimbledon with no changes and only one stop to Kings Cross. We also used the buses which were great. The big issue was with the description and photos of the apartment on the airbnb website. I've no doubt they were accurate when the apartment was first let 3 years ago but not at present. If you are thinking of renting this apartment you need to know that the outlook has changed significantly from that shown in the photos. There is now a (considerably taller) building directly opposite under construction - so not quite such an open outlook or so "sun-flooded". To be fair it does say "construction opposite but noise limited to agreed hours of the day", unfortunately whilst we were staying that was roughly 6am until 6pm. Perhaps we were unlucky because they were also digging up the street at the same time. I also wouldn't describe it as "Boutique luxury hotel feel". Don't get me wrong, it was fine and comfortable, but you do definitely feel like you're staying in someone else's house. Clean, but a little dusty, stains on the sofa, cupboards full of personal stuff etc. Hey, but it's airbnb so I guess that's what you'd expect - no real problems with that. Oh, but no sign of the Nespresso machine advertised. Having said all that the apartment did have a nice feel about it; quite spacious, good facilities, great shower. Some comfier seating wouldn’t go amiss and, dare I say, a larger TV, but all in all a pleasant place to stay just a pity about the noise.

Very close to public transportation, very short to center of London. Nice and cosy apartment very new and renovated. A big plus was possibility for keeping the luggage in a small room, ver convenient. Maybe another solution than the provide air madras, would be nice.

Modern och välplanerad lägenhet, välutrustat kök. Fräscht badrum och sovrum. Bra närhet till tunnelbana (5 min promenad), ett byte för att komma till Oxford/Regent Street. Välsorterad Waitrose Supermarket runt hörnan plus Tesco Express. Vi återkommer gärna till denna lägenhet vid nästa Londonbesök.

Enjoyed my stay at Leora's listing. Check-in was simple and painless. The apartment has a comfy bed and hot shower. The best part is the location - easy walking and cycling to many parts of London; and close to coffee shops, pubs and restaurants. Pls note: there appears to be a construction project across the street but I didn't hear much noise.

We live in Clerkenwell in London just next to the flat that we rent out on airbnb. We love this neighbourhood because it's friendly, vibrant and incredibly central without being too crowded or touristy. We adore the really excellent restaurants and cafes in the area - many of them individually run versus big chains. We hope you will truly enjoy your stay here, and have tried to create a wonderful temporary home for you.
