Individuals and couples alike are welcome, but again the house can only accommodate a duo for shorter periods. I you are looking for a sublet situation, this is likely not the best fit.
I moved to DC from Brooklyn three years ago. I'm a young professional and enjoy meeting and hosting people in DC. Friends consider me personable, but I'm also happy to give guests their own space. I share the house with two other people who travel often.
