Set in a beautiful leafy enclave of Burradoo, Saint Eloi - la maison is the epitome of traditional French chic. A lovingly refurbished residence with French inspired décor, La Maison boasts modern conveniences alongside gorgeous French provincial features such as timber window shutters, farmhouse doors, French linens and many authentic French furnishings.

La Maison sleeps up to 10 guests in 3 bedrooms, with a queen size sofa bed in the formal lounge. The house features two stunning outdoor spaces – the main courtyard at the front entrance which is ideal for afternoon drinks and lazy lunches, and the lower ground courtyard adjoining the tranquil inground pool. This stunning French inspired home is an entertainer’s delight and wonderful to enjoy in all seasons.

**Property Specific Notes:**
This property has multiple dwellings. There is an adjoining wall with the upper house next door. You have private entry into your own fully self-contained main house. The owners live on-site in a separate dwelling and will afford you the utmost privacy.

You have two courtyard areas at the front entrance and lower ground with outdoor settings to enjoy but we ask that you do not access the other parts of the yard which are utilised by the owners/people occupying the upper house.

Please supervise children at all times in the pool enclosure.

This property is NOT pet friendly.

WiFi is not guaranteed. This is a service offered as a complimentary extra. As there is no charge for this service, we will attempt to fix issues as they arise but cannot be held accountable.

This property will consider bookings for Schoolies, however, these bookings can only be made by application. Please message us; a comprehensive guest registration form must be completed prior to confirmation and a $2000 cash bond is payable. Other conditions apply 7 days prior to the stay.

The guest limits apply at all times during the booking. Any extra guests (this includes day visitors) above those that have been booked and paid for must be approved in writing prior to the stay. Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have visitors in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission. This is not possible at all properties.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property IMMEDIATELY with no refund of monies. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

This property is approved for accommodation only. No mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed. Under no circumstances are the following activities permitted at any of our properties: motorbikes, dirt bikes, quad bikes, use of firearms or air rifles, fireworks.

Extras may be available for hire including rollaway beds, portacots and highchairs. Send us a message to check availability and cost.

Out of peak season stays of a week or more may qualify for a discount, please send us a message.

For your added security, this property is managed by a Licensed Real Estate Agent. We will never request payments be made to an overseas bank account and your money is held safely in our Trust Account until after your departure.
