The property is ideally located as you can easily reach Great Western or Byres Road by walk or bike and, as such, take advantage of the city’s rich urban landscape and gorgeous natural surroundings. Indeed, you are approximately 5 minutes away from Kelvin Walkaway; 15 minutes away from the Botanics; 30 minutes from Kelvingrove Park; 45 minutes from Dawsholm Park. There are plenty of sport facilities, restaurants, grocery and convenience stores in the area.

So without further ado... I am proud to present you this stunning and spacious 3-bedroom apartment house which features high ceilings, luxury fittings and elegant finishes. It boasts generous dimensions and is awashed with natural light. The developer kept the existing windows but added a double glazing timber. There is a private parking space at the back of the development. As you’ll see when/if you come around, there’s plenty of storage all throughout the property. The ground level is paved with hardwood oak flooring. The bath suites are fitted with delightful bathroom cabinets and dreamy sanitary and tiling as well as underfloor heating. You will have unrestricted access to a bespoke kitchen which has been beautifully designed by an award-winning kitchen designer and fitted with top furnitures and classy worktops as well as premium appliances. In addition, you will have the benefit of an instant hot water tap. The lounge area is spacious and naturally luminous. I have fitted a smart TV and a popcorn maker (with its iconic trolley) for binge streamers to enjoy. Most furnitures were sourced from designer shops while some came from antique dealers in Europe and Africa. There is a number of three bathrooms distributed over three levels. Security cameras will be fitted in the master bedroom as it has now been converted into a private fitness studio (moveable though). I have scheduled the colour painting of the apartment for the upcoming fall/winter season (e. g. expect a minor inflation in rental price in reflection of the cost disburses to upgrade feature walls). Indeed, all the rooms will be dressed with distinguished paint . Each room has its own wardrobe and each wardrobe is fitted with glass mirror sliding doors . There are TV and telephone access points in each bedroom if you wish to have your own. The apartment is secure and protected around the clock. Bills are included in rental price. You will be equally responsible and held liable for any damage(s) caused to the furnitures in common areas. Any damage(s) in your allowed private areas will concern you solely. I expect cleanliness and tidiness from all tenants. An agency will come once every fortnight to service the apartment with complementary products.
