PLEASE NOTE: Nightly rate is standard for 7 nights or more.  When the stay is less than 7 days then the nightly price is higher in order to cover turnover costs of linens, cleans, supplies, and management. Please ask for a quote if you wish to stay less than 7 nights.

BUILDING

Kahlúa is set in a quiet high standing residential complex. It is located on the second floor, and is accessed by stairs or by lift.
Clean and freshly decorated, the halls have a hotel style feeling. There is a security magnetic fob to enter the premises.

A private on-site pool is available for use from end of April to beginning of November, with plenty of sun loungers to relax on.

Private parking within the residence is also available for guests to use.

LIVING AREA

Two confortable couches, large enough to sink into after a long day at the beach can be found in the spacious living room.

The space is bright and airy with bay windows all along the southwest side of this Cannes la Bocca holiday rental apartment. There is a wonderful wrap around terrace. Grab one of the outdoor chairs and soak in the sun or dine alfresco on the wicker table.

There is a wood dining table, large flat screen TV, wifi, cable with English News channels and French Satellite TV.

The sofa can also be transformed into a double 140cm bed. This apartment can therefore accommodate up to 4 people. Please note there is an additional charge for sofa bed linen & towels in order to accommodate 4 people comfortably.

KITCHEN

The kitchen is stylishly efficient with all the necessary appliances and beautiful smooth wooden finishes. Find a full-sized fridge, ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher and toaster. Perfect for cooking up some delicious Mediterranean meals to serve on the terrace.

BEDROOMS

Look forward to a peaceful night’s sleep in the comfortable super King (180cm) sized-bed. With direct access to the terrace, enjoy a zen-inspired morning with a coffee on the terrace while watching the sea.

The bed can also be divided into two single beds. Ideal for guests travelling for business conferences.

The charming bedroom has 2 side reading lights, and electric shutters promising lazy mornings, if so desired.

There is a closet for your luggage and hanging space enough for two. A washing machine can also be found here.


BATHROOMS & WC

The bathroom is clean and classic. Find a bathtub with shower head, sink, mirror, and plenty of storage for all your toiletries.

The toilet is found in a separate WC room for privacy.

This apartment is your home for the duration of the stay.

Positioned steps away from the wide sandy local beaches, Kahlúa is located perfectly for a tranquil French Riviera holiday. Just 2.5 kms away from Cannes and Mandelieu, its location is ideal: not too far to enjoy the action in Cannes and its exciting international atmosphere, yet far enough to be able to enjoy some regenerating peace and quiet.

Enjoy the long sandy beaches and shimmering sea view all year round. Perfect for snorkelling, swimming, and all sorts of boat activities, as well as being very child-friendly.

A five-minute walk will take you to the city, where numerous dining options are available, as well shopping and transit possibilities.

Embrace the cosmopolitan atmosphere in Cannes, or hop on a train for a Côte D’Azur adventure. Cannes La Bocca train station is a mere 800 meters away from the apartment. Italy, Monaco and many other beautiful places are so close; making day trips an easy possibility. Regular ferryboats run from the port in Cannes to the Lerins Islands, for a cultural romantic excursion.

The Cannes Film Festival takes place every year in May and is a unique experience worth discovering. It takes place in the Palais des Festivals, approximately 3.5km away from this self-catering apartment in Cannes la Bocca, Kahlúa.

We recommend renting a car when renting this property.

The train station is 25 minutes walk away.
There a regular buses running nearby, with connections to Cannes / Nice / Grasse.

EXTRA: All our guests enjoy a complimentary transfer from Nice airport to your property in central Nice. This apartment is in Cannes. Partial car transfer is covered, surcharge applicable for all cities outside of central Nice.

Baby equipment available at an additional rate. This is organised with an outside company who sanitise all their baby equipment. Please inquire if required.

Great, spacious apartment in a very clean apartment complex. Close to the sea. I stayed there for three days of business and regretted that I did not stay for a vacation.

We we very well received! It's a beautiful appartment with nice view. Very close to the beach, nice calm swimming pool. The appartement is also very quiet inside. The host was always available. For instance, we had a small problem with the internet and that was immediately solved. Arrived by car and the private parking spot is very convenient. Used car to go to Cannes city centre almost every day, which is just a few minutes drive along the shore. We had a great week!

Ivan made us feel very welcome. He was very attentive and provided us with the keys and worked around our unusual schedule. He also arranged our car service. The driver had difficultly finding the address as there is a repetition of the number on the same row. Just something to be mindful of. The apartment was clean, had a great view and a very comfortable bed. We enjoyed dining outside with the ocean view. We enjoyed the long walks to the centre of Cannes, approx 45 minutes of beautiful seaside walks. The challenge was getting groceries, the stores were far away so you really need to rent a car. If you rent a car, ensure you get the info on the parking spot, how to enter the secure property. We felt badly having to write Ivan for info throughout our stay, if there had been a one pager on info on car parking number, how to enter the complex with the car, where the grocery stores are etc, that would have helped us to not reach out so much. But Ivan was so attentive and helpful. I would recommend this place. It was perfect for 2 people. I think it would be too small for four people, there was no drawer space for clothes so we used the living room for our suitcases to lay open to get our clothes. There is no room in the bedroom for you to put away clothes beyond the small closet. Also, as an avid lap swimmer, I was disappointed that it was not a lap pool. There are three small splash pools only large enough to take a dip, but not to swim. So be mindful. I would like to add that the security was excellent. The place is very secure and you feel very safe. Definitely recommend.

We stayed in this apartment for one week in July 2015. The apartment is fully equipped, clean and very nice. The terrace is big, we had all our meals there. It's not so much direct sunlight on the terrace (which we liked since it was very hot outside). Perfect air-condition, cool and nice. We had some problem with the wi-fi but our host Ivan helped us so it worked out. The apartment is perfect for families with children, the pool is nice and you have the beach just outside the building. Not so many restaurants and shops in the area. We walked into Cannes one night, it took about 50 minutes. Our host Ivan was very friendly and helpful, we can really recommend this place.

My mother, my daughter and I stayed in this particular flat for 11 days during the Cannes Film Festival 2015. It was absolutely perfect! We wanted to be able to get away from the crowds and the noise when we had free time. The flat is about 3 miles from the center of Cannes. We took the bus back and forth to town most days and the days we walked into town we enjoyed the beachside sidewalk all the way in. The beach was just across the street. We enjoyed listening to the waves in the evening while we ate our dinners on the patio. The flat had everything we needed. The beds we wonderful. It was also nice that we were picked up at the airport. We had lots of luggage and we didn't have to worry with getting a taxi or figuring out the train when we were already tired. I felt like this was home away from home. I already want to go back.
