After passing through the secure threshold you will feel transported to the era of the 1900’s. Elegant marble stairs, Spanish influenced tiles, decorative iron work and the masterpiece of the foyer being the traditional, fully operational elevator.
Now to the apartment itself, indulge yourself in this two bedroom fully renovated stunner. Sleeping up to 5 in this spacious 85 Sq m apartment with two small Parisian style Juliet balconies, one off the lounge room and one off the second bedroom. Polished floorboards in the living zones and then the bare foot comfort of carpet in the second bedroom. Free Wi-Fi.

Forget the car, you will never even think about driving with everything enviously within a short stroll. It is only a 15 minute walk to Crown Casino and Entertainment Complex and a 25 minute walk to Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre, making it easy for getting to conferences and events.
You may be asking “Will it be noisy staying here?” You will not believe you are in the heart of Melbourne. The Apartment does not experience the noise and hustle and bustle you would expect from being in such a central location. If you love the “buzz” then throw open those balcony doors.

Dining room with 6 seater dining table, air conditioner unit in the lounge room & 2nd bedroom, wall panel heaters in lounge room & each bedroom, hidden European laundry with washing machine & clothes dryer, iron and ironing board, leather couch, entertainment system with iPod dock and Bluetooth connection, flat screen TV and Free Wi-Fi.

Bedroom 1 – Queen Bed with full height concertina doors that can be left open to enjoy the appeal of a studio apartment or closed to be separated from the living room.
Bedroom 2 – Queen Bed with panel heater, air conditioning unit and balcony.

The modern bathroom is accessible through a private robe leading from the second bedroom or through a common entrance in the hallway. Couples can have their privacy ensured with doors on both bathroom entrances.

Meet and Greets
Please provide your arrival time as one of our staff will meet you at the apartment to give you access. If you are arriving after 6pm, an additional fee will apply. Please enquire. Full details will be emailed to you once your booking is confirmed and fully paid for.
After hours Concierge fees are as follows:
6pm – 9pm $60
9pm – 12am $90
After midnight $100
Any delays not notified in advance (at least 3 hours before scheduled arrival ) will incur an additional $60 call out fee.

Our accommodation rates are based on twin share, please let us know if you require more beds. Fees will apply for excess guests not agreed in advance. Please include all adults and children in your enquiry. Children over the age of 12 months will be charged an additional guest fee. If you have babies please advise their ages also.
We provide you with a starter pack of essential house hold items such as toiletries, dish washing detergent, washing powder, dish cloths, scrubbing brush, paper towels and toilet paper on check in. You will then need to purchase all necessities for the continuation of your stay.
1.Please relax, unwind and enjoy your holiday.
2.Please email Lisa if you discover any issues within the first hour of check in so they can be checked and rectified if necessary.
3.Please note Rejuvenate Stays properties are all ‘non-smoking’ properties. If there has been smoking in a “non-smoking room” you may incur a cleaning surcharge being added to your account.
4.Please switch lights, air con, fans or heating OFF when not occupying the premises.
5.If you have additional guests who wish to stay please let us know as the number of guests should not exceed the number stated on the booking confirmation or subsequently agreed in writing or email. Fees will apply for excess guests not agreed in advance and for the use of additional bedrooms.
6.Please note we do not accept events or parties. Any disturbance to neighbours, including excessive noise, offensive and/or unruly behaviour, is prohibited and may result in termination of rental and loss of bond.
7.Guests are expected to behave in a manner, which is conducive to the safety, comfort and convenience of other guests within the property, including its car park and grounds.
Only guests advised in the booking agreement are allowed on premises. Additional visitors by arrangement only
8.Please let us know if there are any breakages or items you notice that need repair. Even if it’s a glass we would appreciate you letting us know so that we can replace it for the next guests.
9.Checkout time is strictly 10:00am, unless prior arrangements have been made. If you would like to check out later or stay another night please call Lisa on .Please ensure that all garbage is taken out and if you are there on bin collection day please put the bins out as we would greatly appreciate it.
11.Please wash and put away any dishes etc in the kitchen.
12.Please remove all linen from beds and place on end of bed. Please leave towels on bathroom floor.
13.Please ensure the keys that you used during your stay are left inside in the appropriate place.
14.Please lock all windows and doors when departing.
15.Please ensure that the keys from the key safe are returned after locking the door on your departure. Any loss of keys will incur $75 charge.
16. Please do not wear high heeled or spiky soled shoes on the timber floors. Any damage to the floors surface will be charged to your bond.
17.Any breach of Rejuvenate Stays Terms and Conditions permits Rejuvenate Stays to refuse the key, or immediately terminate the occupancy with forfeiture of your rent. This includes any act or omission, which in the opinion of the Director Rejuvenate Stays, adversely effects or brings discredit upon the business, owner or other guests.
