El alojamiento

An unusual, spacious, curved, riverside penthouse located at a 15-minute walk along the Thames to Chelsea and the King’s Road.

It is a bright, comfortable living space with splendid views across London AND has a round kitchen!

There are two double beds, 2 cots for children (up to 3 years old) and lots of wardrobe space.

The kitchen is fully-equipped with all modern appliances including a washing machine.

Freshly laundered sheets and towels, as well as duvets, blankets and pillows, are provided.

There is also fibre-optic Wi-Fi access.

Secure, underground, car, bike and motorbike parking is available. It benefits from 24-hour security and video entry phone system.

El barrio

The history of Battersea is scattered along the banks of the river Thames.

It has evolved from farmland to its’ current mix of converted warehouses, newly-renovated industrial spaces, architecture by Richard Rogers and Norman Foster, antique shops, art galleries, small boutiques, pubs and restaurants and is populated with a harmonious mix of young professionals and well-to-do families.

Its’ beautiful 200-acre park comes complete with running paths, tennis courts, lovely long walks and views of Chelsea Harbour, the Royal Albert Bridge and Battersea Bridge.

A short 20-minute walk south of the apartment is Northcote Road that has an abundance of bars, restaurants, cafes, bakeries, galleries, antique shops and is home to a week-end farmer's market!

Any special items you may wish to have on arrival, including foodstuff, can be arranged with prior notice.

Check-out is by 11am and check-in anytime from 3pm. However, earlier arrivals and later departures can be accommodated, with prior arrangement. Luggage can be left for collection later in the day.

A cleaning fee of £50.00 will be added to the total price.

Excelente, Davie nos atendió todo el tiempo, el departamento me encanto me levantaba tan tarde de lo cómodo que estaba la vista es increíble lo puedo evaluar como una experiencia de 5 estrellas, además se encuentra en una muy buena zona donde tiene cerca todo y súper seguro, súper etc etc , me encanto me sentí mejor que en mi casa ! La mejor estancia de todo mi viaje! Y una excelente anfitriona que nos ayudo con todo lo que ocupábamos saber de Londres, desde transporte hasta telefonía !!

trés bel appartement avec une vue magnifique sur la tamise proche des bus à 2 pas de l appartement,pas trop loin ègalement de la gare qui va à gatwick airport propriétaire très réactive via le portable si absente à ce moment là ,sinon son assistante n est pas loin ,nous savons que l on peut compter sur elle l appartement est grand pour 4 adultes il y a de la place toilettes séparées un luxe!!!! nous avons passé un excellent séjour de visites meme si nous avons eu la pluie ,pas grave pour nous on a fait avec je recommande cette location tout est facile dans londres pour se repérer ,les indications sont très bonnes dans le métro

This was our second in stay in this apartment and we have enjoyed it just as much as the first. Davie is a lovely host and goes to a lot of effort to make sure everything goes to plan. She provides excellent pre-arrival information - something some of the other large holiday letting groups could learn from. Davie contacts you after arrival to check everything is okay, reminding you to contact her anytime with anything about your stay. The apartment is in a lovely part of London with superb views of the river and city. Transport is excellent with frequent trains from Clapham Junction, several bus routes adjacent to the apartment and even the riverbus at the end of the wharf at peak times. We used the later a couple of times to visit the attractions of central London - it's a lovely way to see the great landmarks of the city. We also went out to Hampton Court on the train. Davie provides two Oyster cards for guests - a most thoughtful touch. There are numerous places to eat and shop literally a short walk from the apartment, along with lovely river and parks walks. All in all a most enjoyable and relaxing place to stay.
