Stay in this bright and airy 2 bed apt in the heart of the city. Comfortably sleeping 6 with a king double, a twin and 2 sofa beds. It boasts a brand new bathroom with a separate shower enclosure, a fully equipped kitchen and its own private garden.

Located in central Brighton near the beach and seven dials in a lovely Georgian fronted house. Cafes, pubs and great restaurants are on your doorstep. The seafront is a about 2 minutes from the front door. Walk along the lovely Brighton Beaches or visit the pier for games, food and fun. The North and South Laines, filled with wonderful shopping, boutique shops, cafes and restaurants is about a 10 minute walk from the flat. If you want the best view of the city then take a spin on the new Brighton ferris wheel. There are regular buses running past the flat, but absolutely everything is walkable.

Trains to London take only 50 minutes. The flat is about a 15 minute walk to or from Brighton Station.

The flat is fully furnished with 100% Egyptian cotton linen and all regular comforts of home (including towels) inside this adorable seaside getaway.

Outside is the private walled garden where you can relax on a summers evening after a hard days shopping or from a play on the beach.

The apartment has been decorated in New England style and comprises of one large double bedroom. The second bedroom can be a double or a twin with 2 further beds on the daybed and sofabed in the lounge.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need to cater fully for 6 and all you would expect including a dishwasher and microwave.
The newly fitted bathroom has a bath and a separate shower.

The location couldn't be better. Both the beach and the downtown area were very easy to reach. It took me 3 minutes to walk to Nero to get an iced Latte. I've been to Brighton a few times before but never stayed in this neighbourhood which I highly recommend. The private garden in the back was also great after a hot day at the beach. Jan was very responsive and helpful.

Lovely place, worked well for us a family. Would recommend. The only issue is not being able to park nearby so that's an extra cost but that's more about Brighton and parking permits than it is this flat.

We have just returned from our trip to Brighton. There were four of us: nana, mum and two teenage boys. The apartment was perfect for us all and gave us the space that we prefer to hotel rooms. Communication with Jan was swift, even though she was away herself. We were able to drop off our luggage a little earlier than 3pm so that I could park the car in the car park nearby. It was a very easy walk into the centre of Brighton but we needed to use cabs quite a lot with nana. Very prompt response from the taxi firm. Everything was very clean and we had been asked how we would like the beds made up. There were some thoughtful additions like tea, coffee, sugar, milk, oil and balsamic. There is a new sofa which replaces the metal one in the photos. Very comfortable and a great bed too. The updated bathroom with shower was very good too. Excellent wifi (essential with teenagers!) We would definitely stay here again.

Jan's place was centrally located and very convenient. Being a basement flat the light levels were low but this is to be expected I suppose. The kitchen lighting could be improved a little and I had a lot of trouble removing the bath plug which was sorted by using a spoon to lift the plug out. Nothing major really. Overall it was a good spot and would be handy if there was a washing machine for clothes also.

I really love making a difference to your stay in Brighton so ask for what you need however small it may seem.We have nine apartments and houses available for group sizes from 1 to 12. They range from 2 bedrooms to 6 bedrooms. They are all in great locations from the seafront, Kemptown, Queens Park and the North Laines in the centre of the city.
