Remodeled 478 sf sunny and cozy apartment. Very convenient location in central Kihei. 3-4 Short blocks to restaurants, marketing, shopping and entertainment at the Triangle. Cove Beach across the street for paddle boarders, kayakers and surf lessons. Waveriders is next door for rental equipment.

Spectacular ocean views from this apartment. This is a ground floor apartment that is clean, comfortable and tastefully remodeled. The square footage is 478 sf with great views from the apartment and lanai. Flat screen 60" TV with Blue Ray DVD player, IPOD Dock, surround sound. Steps to the pool which is gated. Unit has air conditioning and ceiling fans. Full kitchen with granite countertops. Lanai has a gas grill, umbrella and table. Sun screen on patio. The apartment will sleep 4 people. Queen sofa bed in Living Room and Queen Bed in Master. We use "green" cleaning products. Eco pest control throughout the property. Many repeat guests. Location is perfect at Cove Park Beach and across from Kalama Park, South Kihei. The park has walking path, kids playground, skateboard area. Walking distance to Kalama Village, aka "The Triangle"with its many shops, restaurants and entertainment. This is the only condominum that is across the street from surf break in South Kihei. Surf lessons across the street with rentals next door at Wave Riders for surfboards, paddle boards, kayaks and purchases. Perfect location for kayaker's, paddle board and beginner surfers. Charley Young beach is 5 minute walk. Kamaole I and II beaches nearby. Safe neighborhood, Maui Bus Stop minutes away.

This is an older one-bedroom apartment, conveniently located on S. Kihei Rd. It has all the kitchen and beach essentials, including that rarest of commodities in a rental: sharp knives. Good TV (though no sound system, which it could use), and plenty of reading material. Worked very well for us.

Stayed here with my girlfriend and we both loved the place. Spacious enough for both of us, ceiling fans for when it got hot, nice little pool which was never too crowded. Also loved the location, walking distance from many different eateries and bars, as well as a Foodland down the street for groceries and other needs. Quiet at nighttime to fall asleep easy as well. Would definitely stay here again if I'm ever in Kihei. 10/10!

Amazing location, would definitely recommend. If interested in surfing/stand up paddle boarding the perfect beach for beginners is right across the street and rentals next store, can't beat it. Condo was in great shape, would stay here again if we go back!

Great location in the middle of Kihei. Across the street from the park, a short walk to the Kehie Caffe, Three's (don't miss their happy hour) and Caffe O' Lei. The dive shop we used was only a block away.
