The apartment is private, self contained and all about relaxed living. If you are wanting to eat in, the fully equipped kitchen makes things so easy. Spring st Grocers is around the corner or a trip to Vic market for fresh produce. The neighbourhood has the train and tram Fitzroy Gardens and great restaurants/cafes a 3 min away, Bars, shopping, sports precinct, Southbank, the Arts Centre a walk from your doorstep! Crown Casino, South Wharf for shopping Marvel stadium all within easy reach.
Bourke st Mall a walk away. The apartment is separate to the Sheraton Melbourne, a short walk and you can access the Hotel. Parking is not included, carpark across the street and can be booked online.

The apartment is located in the building above the Sheraton Melbourne Hotel. Separte, though guests can access the Hotel's Litle Collins st kitchen, lounge and Day Spa )( check out can book online). The neighbourhood is so friendly and full of great Melbourne hospitality. It's really easy to get around, the train and tram are on Spring st, a couple mins away. I recommend going on to Collins or Spring st to get some great photos . Collins st has lovely luxe shops and cafes, turn left at Exhibition and you can head to the Yarra river or Southbank. Taking a walk down to Spring st , Imperial Hotel is very popular, Spring st Grocers, the City Wine shop and European cafe are next door to each other, great to stop in. You can go anywhere from this point very easily, walking, tram or train if your destination is further away. Exhibition st has a 24 hr convenience store round the corner from the apartment as well as the new deli Farmer's Daughters and other great eateries. Bourke st is also nearby, down the road and you are in the Bourke st Mall, centre of CBD. Or head to the gardens and river for a walk, stop by at Southbank or continue on to Crown Casino complex, South Wharf for shopping.

Hi I'm Sally, I work in the education sector and have just listed our apartment on (Hidden by Airbnb) / (Hidden by Airbnb) . I have three years experience as a Host of short term renting in Torquay (reviews below) and enjoy assisting guests wiht any queries in planning their stay. I live about 20 km away, love being in the CBD and get there anytime I can. The location of the apartment is superb, so energising. Taking a walk through Melbourne's beautiful gardens is a great way to get fantastic photos of the city. The apartment has fabulous views, self contained and I find it so relaxing, a great lifestyle. Access to places is so easy day and night, I definitely walk more when I'm in the city! You can see and do so much by walking or hopping on the free city circle tram to where you want to go. Parliament station is 150 metres away. The tram takes you to so many destinations, including St Kilida beach, how many beaches are just a tram ride away, amazing! Though saying that if you have more time to stay I recommend a day trip to the Surfcoast, about 90 min away by car.
