No smoking inside (you may smoke in the balcony but no trace please).
No loud noise, especially after the dark.
If the key for the room is lost or stolen, need to charge \15,000 replacement fee to change the lock.
Don't invite any unauthorized friends.
Follow garbage disposal rule by separating burnable, non-burnable and recyclable (bottles, cans).
Plase do not throw food into sink such as Ramen. Triangle mini trash box is in the sink.
Please keep the room clean and leave the apartment as you found it.
