A quirky, bright blue guestroom in the culturally diverse Norwood suburb. Only 10 minute Uber-drive from Rosebank Gautrain station, close to Joburg's vibrant inner city, and Grant avenue's cosmopolitan restaurants.
Colourful, vibrant and artistic - an eclectic house with inviting courtyard, swimming pool area and interesting decor. The house was built in the 1940s and have undergone several transformations. The surrounding neighbourhood has been home to three prominent figures in South African history: Nelson Mandela, Bram Fischer (Madiba's lawyer during the Rivonia trials) and Mahatma Ghandi. The house is walking distance (500m) from the Spar and Woolies supermarkets, and various restaurants.

I am a country girl by origin who made the bold move to the Big City ten years ago.
I have joined AirBnB to share my passion for Africa with visitors across the globe (and locally), and look forward to give like-minded guests a glimpse of one of South Africa's most amazing cities (actually... THE most amazing city, sorry Cape Town).
I love psychology, art, architecture, travel, running, fashion, yoga, red wine and philosophical discussions (especially when there's red wine involved).
I look forward to hosting you and share some stories!
