This Villa accommodates a up to 16 guests within 11 bedrooms.
Masia Pairal, a 17th Century Manor House set in 4000m2 of manicured established grounds yet only minutes from Sitges beaches. It can comfortably accommodate up to 16 guests with many different spaces to relax or socialize.
You can escape to many different terraces or our unique stunning Gazebo and relax with others or just take a moment to yourself.
It is the perfect villa for family and friends or an offsite meeting.

The venue has a fine balance of original antique elements combined with modern comforts.

On a 5 min. from the villa you reach the bus stop. There is a bus every 20 min to Sitges, it's a 5 min. drive. Every 30 min. there is a bus to Barcelona, and takes 40 min. to city center, 30 min to the airport.

Hola! My name is Aleksandra Trampus, owner of Masia Pairal and Masia Cal Mingo. I live for more than 10 years in Spain with my husband and 2 dogs. Life in Spain makes every day feel like a holiday. The Mediterranean area of Sitges is perfect: beautiful beaches, nature with mountains, culture, the proximity of metropolitan Barcelona, and year-round an outstanding climate.

Masia Cal Mingo is a spectacular villa in the middle of the wine region of El Penedes, entered via a country road passing by olive trees, masias (typical catalan country houses) and a little chapel. Then all of the sudden Masia Cal Mingo is right in front of you. This 15th century building has been restored in 2010. The authentic elements have been combined with high tech comforts, warmth and a peaceful decoration. Beautifull views over the vineyard valleys, huge grass garden, romantic patio, lounge areas, BBQ zone: What else are you looking for?

Masia Cal Mingo has 3.000 sqm of enclosed private ground. There is a enormous garden with private swimming pool with sunbeds. The BBQ area is next to the covered terrace where lovely summer evenings can be celebrated. Furthermore the villa features its own bodega filled with local wines. There is easy access to the surrounded villages as Canyelles, Sitges and Barcelona, as since the beginning of 2011 they constructed a new highway. From the villa it only takes 15 min to reach the Mediterranean village Sitges with its beautiful white sandy beaches.

The property is managed by our company ClubHouse27. Aleksandra Trampus, and her Customer Service team take care of your stay. From the moment you book, answering questions via email before your arrival, helping you with services as catering and rental cars, booking restaurants, until leaving and saying goodbye.
At the villa upon check-in all guests get a tour through the property with explanation if all works. During the stay Aleksandra and her team are 24/7 available during the office hours from 9.00 am to 8.00 pm. There is a handbook as well at the property with explanation of the villa and its surroundings.
