Newly built double-storey townhouse (2014) with three bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 3 toilets.

1st Floor:

Room #1: Master bedroom with a private ensuite (bathroom & toilet). Queen size bed. Relax at the balcony and wake up to a beautiful ocean view. A foldable baby cot is available.

Room #2: Queen size bed and spacious wardrobe.

Room #3: Double bed and wardrobe.

Second bathroom + toilet on second floor

Entry Access:

- Guest will be provided with pin code to access the property.
- Remote control for garage access located at the rear of the property.
- Private parking at rear garage only.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. A great location - next to beach and shopping centre.

Location: Great spot. Only 30 second walk to the beach and takes you to right in front of the shark net swimming area providing a safe environment for children to swim. Woolworth's and Cafe is only a 5 minute walk from the unit as well. Place: Well laid out 2 story unit with 2 bathrooms with toilet and a extra toilet down stairs. Kitchen is large and provides most of the essentials you would need. On the balcony you get a bit of a view of the ocean as well. Tenant provides cot and child proof fences but you will need to setup yourself. We stayed with our 9 month year old and 3 yr old with no issues. Overall I really enjoyed my stay and was pleasantly surprised by the new Coggee beach area development. I wish I could have stayed for an extra week.

Fantastic house two secs walk to the beach great amenities 15 min walk away easy acess yo Fremantle great hosts easy check in will be defo booking again and would defo recommend this property to all. My friends and family going to miss it thank you again bailey

the plus: - close to the beach - quiet - functional and new. - clean. the less plus: - cold/basic/lack of charm inside: Ikea basic new home. - not a single indirect light in living area. - minimum tableware: you had better clean your mug right away as there are no spare - a single towel per person. Make sure you do not wet it too much after the shower if you want to wash your hair: you will have to use the same one. Not a single spare one for the house. - the list of do's and dont's is... all but welcoming. It is clear, straight forward, but in a rather unfriendly tone. Surprising when you arrive in a holiday destination.
