This two story, 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath apartment occupies the 3rd & 4th floor of a beautiful historical town home in Rittenhouse. The first floor includes a dining room with cathedral ceilings and tons of natural light, an updated kitchen, a half bath, and a living room with 12 ft ceilings. The second floor includes a study space, laundry, 2 bedrooms, and a newly renovated bathroom. The apartment also comes with the queen air mattress.

There is a Starbucks, Dry Cleaner and Grocery Store just 2 blocks away. The park and some of Philadelphia's finest dining are within minutes of your doorstep.

Located between Walnut and Pine Streets, from 15th Street to 24th Street, Rittenhouse Square is Philadelphia's continuously signature fashionable residential district. The neighborhood is centered on Rittenhouse Square, one of William Penn's original squares. The park is widely considered one of the finest urban public spaces in the United States. Today, the tree-filled park is surrounded by high rise residences, luxury apartments, an office tower, a few popular restaurants, a Barnes & Noble bookstore, a Barneys Co-Op, and two hotels, including a five-star. The SEPTA Subway-Surface Trolley Lines have a station at 19th and Market streets, two blocks north of the Square. The Walnut-Locust station on the Broad Street Subway is four blocks east.
