Set in the heart of Kailua-Kona, this Ocean View Condo is across the street from the shore, and walking distance to 25 restaurants and bars. It is the best location in Kona. Live Aloha.

One of the things we love most of our space is the natural flow of air when all the windows are open. We find that air conditioning is not needed, multiple fans throughout the condo reinforce ample air flow.

The condo has a lovely lanai to enjoy outdoor dining, book reading and viewing the ocean and into old town Kailua-Kona. You also have use of our pool, the largest condo pool on the Big Island of Hawaii.

Our property manager is available to answer any questions about the use of the condo, access and additional cleaning needs.

The condo property, Kona Alii, has a property manager to help with any issues with condo facilities and minor emergencies.

All contact information will be forwarded at the time of rental.

Restaurants and Bars abound next to our Kona Alii location. Don the Beachcomber's bar, where the Mai Tai was created is a minute walk away. We also love Huggo's, Humpy's and The Irish Public House. All a stone's throw away.

Mornings are all about a big walk and enjoying a cup of Kona coffee. We also suggest a swim at Kailua Pier, or snorkeling in front of The King Kamehameha.

There is a local Trolley, running about every two hours. It costs $2 each use. You will find that walking is so easy to most of the attractions in town.

The island is big, a car is a great way to experience the vast beauty of this island.

We have an information book in the unit with many ideas on activities to consider while with us.

We offer a brand new Cal King bed, just purchased in September of 2015. We also have a covered parking stall dedicated to our unit. It is so nice to have the sun off the car while parked. Along with a secured, very large pool, we have a gas grill for your enjoyment.

It is a quiet condo complex. Most folks are sleeping by 9pm. There are multiple bars and restaurants within a 10 minute walk to stay out late and play.

My wife Susan and I have spent our entire careers in the wine industry. We love the culture and style that is Napa Valley. After spending 20+ years exploring the islands, we also fell in love with the lifestyle and community of living Aloha. We enjoy swimming and snorkeling near Kailua Pier every morning, and relaxing at our pool in the afternoons. You will find that our condo is a bit slower in pace. Exactly what we hoped for.
