Descripción

This mid-century condo has been gorgeously updated. Only minutes from the center of downtown and a short drive to skiing and outdoor recreation areas. Close to Temple Square, Salt Palace Convention Center and Energy Solutions Arena.

Guests will feel at home in our updated condo located in the Marmalade District. Located within walking distance from public transportation and only minutes away from the center of Downtown Salt Lake.

Guests will have access to the entire condo. This includes use of the washer and dryer. The deck is shared with the condo next door but is large and can fit many guests comfortably.

I will make arrangements with guests for check in. I live nearby so I will be available to contact if the guests need anything.

The Marmalade district is uniquely located because it is just minutes from downtown but is located in a quiet area with very little traffic. Everything that you need is in short driving distance.

There is a bus stop a block away from the home and a commuter rail train station a couple of blocks down the road. In the downtown area there is also a large section where the light-rail trains are free of charge.

There is no smoking in or around the home and pets are not allowed. We ask that guests be courteous to our downstairs neighbors by keeping noise levels down after 10pm.

There was everything you need in the apartment. The kitchen was very well equipped. I only wish there were more cleaning supplies for the bathrooms, and more tables or surfaces other than the kitchen bar. The neighborhood is fine, a close drive to malls and downtown-- a bit far from the university if that's where you'll be the most. The beds were a little too soft for my family and me, but there are three great-sized beds, and the sofa if he living room turns into a bed too. That one was my favorite because it was a little bit more firm. The balcony is a great space to hang out.

This was more then expected. Nice beautiful clean house with all new appliances. Really close to downtown and everything you need. Will be coming back in the future.

Ian was super accommodating. I'm a first time Airbus user and found the whole process amazingly stress free.

The listing was accurate, very nice place to stay, not too far from city center (30 minute walk). We would definitely stay there again.

Pros: the condo is very close to downtown,i.e. shopping, sporting events, and restaurants. Kitchen was spacious. Recently remodeled. Cons: The condo is adjacent to a very unsightly industrial complex. The beds are squishy not firm. The condo needs to be checked for maintenance (light bulbs working, ceiling light/ fan not working, things coming loose around the condo. The cable TV is bare bones and very poor programming.

Adam thank you for your feedback. For wintertime the ceiling fan control is in the cabinet, we would have been more than happy to let you know where it was if we knew that you wanted to use it. All of the other light bulbs have been replaced to 20 year LEDs, so we shouldn't have this issue again. Any other small maintenance issues have been fixed since your stay. We appreciate all of your feedback and look forward to providing a better stay for guests in the future.

This condo was very clean and in a very quiet area. Ian was very accommodating and kind. Located a short drive from downtown.
