Our (75sqm) Holiday Apt is situated near (200 m.) the "Lucio Sesto" stop of the "A" line of the Underground (the main line of the city). Just few stops from the center and Termini station. From here it is very easy to visit the beauties of the city!
The apartment consists of one double bedroom, a twin bedroom (two singles), a large living room with balcony, a kitchen (table for 6 persons) and a bathroom with shower and laundry area. Possibility, on request, to add a bed for a fifth guest. It is located on the third floor in a building of 5.
Our accomodation is authorized to operate as "Casa Vacanze in forma non imprenditoriale" (Holiday House in a non-entrepreneurial way), category 2, as referred to by SCIA protocol of Roma Capitale - Tourism Department n. QA/(PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN) of 12/12/2015. For this reason we ensure users the full respect of the regulations dictated by the Lazio Region and the Municipality of Rome, to guarantee a safe, appropriate and up to expectations stay.
The City Tax for Rome Municipality is 3,50 euros per person per night (max 10 nights, not paid by less than 10 years old children) and must by paid in cash at the check-in when at the property.

Guests will have the exclusive availability of the apartment. In case of request of an extra bed for the fifth guy host, he is left to the guests to decide which of the two chambers want to place.

The property owner will be available to guests, living in close proximity (100 meters) for any needs and / or support.
The guests can request their favorite products for breakfast.
The owner can take over, on request, extra cleaning service, even daily.

The neighborhood is very quiet and equipped with all facilities. Viale Spartacus is a very large and beautiful street with ample free public parking. The apartment is located in a very quiet building, inhabited by very courteous and polite family.
In fine weather you enjoy breakfast or simply read comfortably seated on the balcony overlooking a pretty garden.
Check-in between 14:00 and 23:00, unless otherwise arranged.
Check-out: between 8:00 and 11:00 unless otherwise agreed.
Preferably smoking on the balcony.
Do not make noise that may disturb the condos.
Leave the apartment as much as possible as you would like to find.
Put back in their place furniture and objects moved during the stay.
