Warbler’s Roost is on a 14-acre property located at 3785D Eagle Lake Rd in Lount Township which is 11 miles west of South River, Ontario, Canada (a 25 minute drive off the highway). Warbler’s Roost currently includes a Country Inn which offers four rooms available for daily or weekly rentals with a continental breakfast set out in a large room at the front of the Inn, and access is available to a large common area overlooking Deer Lake. The waterfront is just a four minute walk down the road on the property.
Four private bedrooms (each at $85/night) with access to dining room, bathroom and powder room shared with other guests. Lots of countryside for long walks and recreation. Enjoy outdoor activities such as hiking, canoeing, kayaking, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, snowmobiling, fishing, and swimming.

Check-In and Check-Out
Check-in begins at 3:00 pm. If you anticipate arriving later than 10:00 pm, please let us know in advance. Check-out by 11:00 am. Sometimes it is possible to leave later than 11am but arrangements for this would need to be made in advance.
Minimum age requirement for booking is 19 years of age.
Both smoking and vaping are not allowed indoors, near doors or windows, nor on the decks or trails. Ashtrays can be provided for use at designated outdoor seating areas. A $250 cleaning charge will be applied to the bill of any guest failing to respect our smoking policy.
We love animals! Dogs are welcome in our guest rooms when accompanied by responsible owners. Maximum one dog per room and an additional charge of $25/pet/room per visit applies. We also love people! Which is why you must agree to and respect the following policies when bringing your dog here. Only dogs who are not aggressive with people or with other animals are welcome; guest dogs must have current shots and vaccinations. You must maintain control of your dog, especially when in the company of other people and animals. Pets may not be left unattended in your room at any time and may not be left anywhere on the Inn property while you are off-site. During breakfast, you may tie your dog outside if he/she won’t disturb other guests or have him/her wait in your car while you eat. Pets are not allowed on the bed or other furniture. Towels are provided to rub down your dog before bringing it indoors. For the health and enjoyment of other guests, you must pick up after your dog on lawns and trails (plastic bags are provided). Please leave your dog in the car while you come in to register. This allows us to let you know about any other animals or special circumstances before bringing your dog out. By bringing an animal, you agree to accept 100% financial responsibility for all damages, mess, additional cleaning and loss of income due to same, and/or injuries caused by any pet or animal you bring to to the premises. For all those who bring a pet, we require that you provide your VISA or MasterCard upon arrival so that we may add this additional $25 charge once you arrive.
