Sun drenched studio, curated by a renowned NYC artist, originally designed as a 2nd home for artists and musicians touring NYC. The apt directly overlooks our serene courtyard and is located in an exclusive co-op building in Manhattan's East Village

This sun-drenched apartment makes use of every square foot to create an environment that truly feels like home. This apartment was curated by a renowned NYC artist, and was originally designed for artists and musicians touring NYC, to serve as a home away from home.

The apt's bedroom windows directly overlook our serene courtyard. The apt is located in an exclusive co-op building in Manhattan's East Village. Located on a peaceful block lined with trees and 3 parks, this space is ideal for someone looking to return to a serenity and peace, while visiting the city that never sleeps.

The apartment's impressive art collection was curated by a New York University professor of Fine Art, and includes pieces previously on display at the Museum of Modern Art and the New York Museum of Natural History.

The apartment's queen sized bed was custom designed for the apartment, and has been described by a well known rock band's guitarist as 'the most comfortable bed in New York'.

Roman column pedestals, custom designed chandeliers, Brazilian cherrywood floors, and an blown glass fireplace enable guests to rest in the lap of luxury

Serenity is also achieved through the apartments sound proof windows, as well as carefully selected flora, including mini palms, lucky bamboo and a 7 foot cactus.

The apartment, which was previously a 1 bedroom, but renovated to become an open space studio, has a fully renovated kitchen and bathroom, both large by Manhattan standards.

Kitchen comes equipped with fridge, microwave, convection toaster-oven, and range burner. The kitchen is fully stocked, with glasses (including wine glasses), cutlery, and essentials. We also have an international hot sauce collection (in the fridge) for guests.

The apartment also comes with workout equipment (weights, workout bench, full-sized anti-burst stability ball, and yoga sheet)

Exercise equipment: weights, workout bench, fullsized anti-burst stability ball, and yoga sheet

Building Rooftop (weather permitting, check with host)

Building Courtyard (weather permitting, check with host)

High-speed wifi

Audio Techniqua studio monitor speakers in the living space and waterproof blue tooth speakers in the shower

International guests may borrow a local American cell phone to minimize roaming costs

All guests will be provided with a free delivered dinner (please remember to ask me) as well as a free ride in a private car (again, please remember to ask)

You may interact with myself, your neighbor across the hallway, or the owner of the apartment.

Just as big of a draw as the apartment itself, is it's location in the heart of Manhattan's East Village neighborhood. Many of New York's most highly rated shops, galleries, cafes, bars and restaurants, are within walking distance of the apartment. The East Village provides visitors with a genuinely New York experience.

All of the following are within walking distance: SoHo, Union Square, NoHo, West Village, Greenwich Village, Lower East Side, Chinatown, Meatpacking District, The High Line.

We are located just blocks from the 1st Ave. L Train Station, Union Square (6, N, R, F and L trains) and numerous buses (including the city's most highly regarded M15 service). This enables visitors to reach almost anywhere in Manhattan (as well as Williamsburg and Downtown Brooklyn) in less than 20 minutes using the city's 24 hour public transportation.

Central Park, Times Square, Rockefeller Center can all be reached in under 15 minutes using transit or approximately 30-45 minutes walking.

Enjoy your experience fully!

Traveling has provided me with some of my life's most rewarding experiences. I view this as an opportunity to return that experience to visitors to my home town of New York.

Living in NYC has provide me the privilege to meet people from all around the world, some of whom I've adopted as friends and have shown the great parts of this great city. Every time this opportunity has come around I always get a warm invite to visit their countries so that they can return the favor and host me. Of course that isn't always the intention, I simply like to meet and learn about other cultures. I'm a well experienced bartender, work hard for what I want, and feel blessed about it all.

I'm a simple person, raised by great parents who taught me to be grateful and respectful to all things around me, and I intend to keep it that way.

Living in NYC has also given me a chance to try different cuisines from all over the world, since living here I've become more appreciative of food. I enjoy a great bar/restaurant where the ambiance is chill, has a neighborhood type feeling and down to earth. Not to mention the food should be amazing!!!

I love music as long as it's great and enjoy a good read every so often.

Love, Love, Love
You have to Love,
And if you don't get Love right,
Then you have to move on,
And Forgive.
And then you have to remember
That you've forgiven.
Or else you can't move on.
If you can't move on,
Then surely you will end up...
Bitter.
