Uniquely decorated 3-bedrooms apartment, located in the heart of the Plateau, yet on a calm residential street. Includes 2 luxury Queen beds and one single bed. Very sunny, this apartment will please choosy, well-behaved and quality guests.
You will have access to 3 beautiful and sunny rooms on the 3rd floor of a triplex (top floor) where every detail is designed for your comfort (luxury beds with real duvet). Rooms are extremely quiet. The apartment includes central air conditioning and a skylight, hard wood floors, huge wardrobe and dresser in the room and a unique decor. For light-sensitive people, special window-covering are designed to block out the light almost completely.
The apartment welcomes comfortably 3 persons but can accomodate 5 maximum. Total number of guests has to be clearly stated during reservation.

It is the guest’s responsibility to report any damage on first day of occupancy. If nothing is reported the first day, the apartment is deemed in perfect condition. At the end of the stay, a check up will be done and anything damaged, stained or broken will be compensated with the initial deposit.
Damage to Accommodations and Security Deposits
As a Guest, you are responsible for leaving the Accommodation (including any personal or other property located at an Accommodation) in the condition it was in when you arrived. You acknowledge and agree that, as a Guest, you are responsible for your own acts and omissions and are also responsible for the acts and omissions of any individuals whom you invite to, or otherwise provide access to, the Accommodation. In the event that a Host claims otherwise and provides evidence of damage (“Damage Claim“), including but not limited to photographs, you agree to pay the cost of replacing the damaged items with equivalent items.
1) WI-FI CONNECTION AND CALLS

2) NO SHOES
It is not allowed to wear shoes in the apartment or in the stairs. Please remove shoes immediately at the entrance and place on shoe shelf behind the entrance door.
3) DOOR ON TOP OF STAIRS
Do not lock door located on top of stairs (you might get locked up outside accidentally as you do not have the key for that door).
Smoking is not allowed in the apartment nor on the balconies.
5) SILENCE and QUIETNESS
The building is super quiet and so are the neighbors. Please respect them by walking softly and quietly (no pounding), especially in the staircases and on wooden floor. You will hear complete silence in the apartment 99% of the time (almost unheard of in an apartment on the Plateau). Especially quiet times are between 11pm and 7am.
Please make sure the shower curtain is properly tucked in the bathtub and against the wall so that no water falls on the floor. Please clean bathtub right after use. Cleaning products are under the sink.
Please clean dishes (including counters) right after use.
For insurance purpose, no guests are allowed on premise unless listed on the reservation or with permission. The damage deposit will be used if this rule is not respected.
9) AIR CONDITIONING
During summer months, please leave door of your room open and shades closed if extremely hot outside during the day so that cold air from central AC can flow in. If the apartment is too hot, please call immediately.
No eating allowed in rooms or in living room (ex: on red coffee table).
Unless agreed upon with host: no fan or noisy electrical appliance to be installed in room.
Candles in bedrooms are for decoration only - Please do not light them up.
Windows to be kept shut during winter months (except during cleaning for short periods).
If something is dropped on stained wooden floor, use towel to wipe it up. Do not scrub as floors will be permanently damaged.
11) GARBAGE REMOVAL
Recycling blue bags is picked up early on Tuesday morning and can be left the evening before on the sidewalk. Regular garbage pick up is Friday morning and can be left on the sidewalk on Thursday evening.
12) WASHING MACHINE
Digital washing machine and dryer are available. Please ask if not familiar with instructions.
13) DEPOSIT SET ASIDE IN CASE OF DAMAGES
You agreed to set aside deposit during reservation. As mentioned above, if any object is broken, missing or stained or if rules have not been respected (such as having guests not declared during booking), the deposit will be used to replace or compensate for damages or non-compliance.

Note: Children under 12 are not accepted due to past experience. However, if you feel your child is quiet, well-behaved and will not cause damage, please send note to see if exception can be made.
Pas de chaussures dans l'appartement. Les chaussures doivent être laissées à l'entrée sur une étagère à cet effet.
Interdiction de fumer dans l'apartment ou sur les balcons.
L'immeuble est un immeuble totalement silencieux oû les voisins sont très calmes. Prière de respecter ce silence en marchant doucement dans les escaliers (silence ou chuchotements dans les escaliers) et sur les planchers. Pas de bruit entre 11pm-7am.
Veuillez nettoyer vaisselles, comptoirs et baignoires immédiatement après utilisation.
Pas d'invités non-inscrits dans la réservation permis sur les lieux même pour quelques heures.
Veuillez garder votre porte ouverte durant la journée afin que l'air conditionné puisse y entrer lors des journées de canicule.
Garder les fenêtres fermées en hiver (octobre-avril).
Une femme de ménage viendra une fois par semaine et ces règlements vous seront présentés à votre arrivée pour signature.
