Are you looking for a sunny, private, cozy "home away from home" while you are in Montreal? Nice large balcony at the back with 2 reclining chairs and small table / Umbrella. Close to city bicycle tracks, buses and underground. Minimum stay is 10 DAYS. Good for 1 couple with 1 child (3 persons).
This charmingly furnished apartment within the Mile End area is a private rental with the full apartment all to yourself (including a private fully equipped kitchen and full bathroom with bath/shower and towels, needed toiletries, linens, etc). The rental price also includes all utilities, high-speed wireless internet, washing facilities and TV. Private parking spot in back might be rented (extra $). Ask for it before arrival. Very safe with Janitor in the building and interphone at entrance. One queen double bed in a private room and one sofabed (double) in the livingroom.

Very close to underground, at Laurier station and to bus station direct to downtown. Bixi (town rental bicycles) are just next street. Grocery stores, pharmacy, restaurants or cafés are really (email hidden) walk to St-Denis or St-Laurent streets.

Lorraine et moi, Nous sommes un couple francophone et habitons entre Trois-Rivières et Montreal. Nous sommes intéressés par la culture, nature, voyage, arts, bonne bouffe. Philippe est d'origine française, artiste en arts visuels et professeur, et vit au Québec depuis 1985. Lorraine est artiste indépendante et coordonnatrice de la galerie d'art universitaire (UQTR). Elle est native de Shawinigan (Québec).
