Información sobre este anuncio
Enjoy city life from our two-story groundfloor apartment in lively De Pijp. It is part of a typical 19th century building and has a green garden at the backside. Very comfortable for kids too! Canals, Museum Square and Albert Cuyp market are nearby.
The decorated ceiling, stained glass, marble chimney and hallway give this apartment a genuine Amsterdam atmosphere. Nevertheless, the apartment can stand a good deal, it is robust and also children will feel welcome and free to enjoy the space.
The apartment is situated on the 2 lower floors of a typical building for this area. From the street you reach the antique entrance of the apartment by a few steps in a portico. The entrance opens into the hallway at the upperfloor of the apartment.
At this floor is an open plan kitchen with dining table. Two sliding doors with stained glass connect the dining area with the living room. The living room has a couch and a daybed. At this floor is also a toilet and the hallway with a staircase to the lower floor.
The lower floor is partially below street level. There are three bedrooms, a toilet and a spacious bathroom with a bathtub and two showers. At the backside, facing the garden, is a large bedroom with a king size double bed (180 x 200 cm) and a small bedroom with a single bed (80 x 190 cm). At the frontside, facing the street, is a bedroom with a small double / three-quarter bed (120 x 200 cm).
From the upperfloor the outside stairs lead to the garden. In summer and late spring you can repose here, as you choose, under a leafy canopy or in the sun. Garden chairs and tables are available. Children can play in the garden with the trampoline, climbing wall, treehouse and sand box.

Otros aspectos destacables
Rijksmuseum, Van Gogh, and Stedelijk Museum are so close to this apartment, that it's really fun to go there more often. If you buy a Museumkaart once, you can visit them, and almost all other Dutch museums, as often as you like, for free. With the Museumkaart, you can often avoid the long queues too.
The house is only suitable for a family or for a group with one or two couples.
We prefer hosting to a main host with the age of at least 26 year.
As the house has only 3 bedrooms the house is only convenient for a group up to 3 single persons.
The local government does allow only to host a maximum of 4 persons at a time. Therefore our apartment is not available for a group of more then 4 persons.
We ask our guests to consider the neighbours.
Puedes cancelar hasta 7 días antes del viaje y recibir un reembolso del 50 %, más las tarifas de servicio.

My husband and I have been travelling, for holidays and work in the agricultural sector, around the world.
Now we are settled down in Amsterdam. I studied art academy and my husband is a shopkeeper in an organic food store in the area. We have two dynamic kids, they go to primary school.
I like visual art and enjoy eating dishes from different cultures. My husband is into long distance running, hiking and the fair trade movement. The kids like free running, judo, skating, swimming, drawing and origami.
Come rain or shine, we allways like going to the beach.
