This property is across the street from Tamarack State Beach, and walking distance to all the community has to offer, a completely redeveloped Village with everything from amazing restaurants, shopping, cafes, and a 4 mile drive to Legoland. Just a 10 minute walk out the door to Starbucks, Vons, and Rite Aid.

New floors, paint, HVAC, and modern beach chic furnishings. The fabulous space encourages you to stop, rest, relax, and recharge. This unit sleeps 6 in beds and maximum occupancy of 7.

Unit B - is located on the 2nd story, second level, with amazing ocean and sunset views. Enjoy the view from the living room and kitchen. Plenty of comfortable living room seating for lounging, and dining table for 6.

Unit B - master bedroom includes a king bed, ensuite bath with standing shower Guest bedroom #1 has a queen bed, guest bedroom #2 has 2 twin beds, and both share hallway full bath with standing shower.

West facing kitchen is bright and fully equipped with everything you need to satisfy your culinary desires. All beds and bathrooms are furnished with premiere linens for your ultimate comfort. Additional amenities include air conditioning, WIFI, and cable. Units share a washer/dryer, and 3 driveway parking spots. There is a outdoor grill on the ground level for this Units use. Additional street parking is available.

'Carlsbad Village Haven, Unit B,” top unit, is located directly across the street from Tamarack State Beach. There are great ocean views throughout the top and bottom duplex, located close to all Carlsbad has to offer, beach (0.1 miles, or 2 minute walk), Starbucks/Vons/Rite Aid (0.5 miles or 10 minute walk), Legoland (4 miles, or 10 minute drive), Carlsbad Lagoon (1 mile, 4 minute drive), restaurants, cafes, train station, etc.

Carlsbad Lagoon is a great activity for the whole family to enjoy, and only 4 minutes away. The lagoon offers boat rentals, jet ski, paddle boarding, etc.

Maximum occupancy of 7 for unit B, sleeps 6 people in beds (1 king bed, 1 queen, and 2 twins), and 3-4 day minimum stay.

There is no elevator so this home may not be appropriate for everyone.

There is no smoking inside or outside this property – NO EXCEPTIONS, NO PETS ALLOWED.
